Dryer technician did not clean or replace your transition (hose between dryer and wall).

Terrible! Came to my house vacuumed the fireplace floor with a shopvac while the technician was texting and calling people on her cellphone and then said it was complete. They promised an inspection from top to bottom, full cleaning and a smoke test which none of the above were done. I called to talk to the owner of the company who was "out of the office" everytime that I called. So I finally just told the receptionist that I wasn't happy with the technician who told me that the tech was one of the best, but in reality the tech told me that she was actually the only tech that they had. Stories didn't line up at all. I was also told the owner is the only one that could give a refund or send someone else out but again couldn't get a hold of him. After the tech left I tested out the fore place by burning a fire only to have my house fill up with smoke. Don't waste money on this place!

The Chimney technician was so helpful and realized I hadn't opened the flue. But also inspected the fireplace before signing off. She was great!

They were punctual, did a great job, friendly. Answered all my questions Overall wonderful!

Showed up on time, checked out the fireplace and eased my mind about it, will be coming back to do some minor repairs on it but also answered all my questions about it's safety and usability. Great job, Travis!!!

The actual job was cleaning out the chimney, and cleaning the clothes dryer vent and pipe.

The technicians were efficient, knowledgeable and professional.

I saw no evidence that they were bonded and certified. I didn't ask previously, but I thought they were. They did a great job. They were professional and courteous. I recommend them if you are not looking for a bonded company.

This was the only company that would quote me a price upfront. Not only was that price reasonable, but I didn’t need the full service, and the quoted price was reduced. Honest, upfront and reliable. I wholeheartedly recommend this company.

He came early so I asked if we could finish lunch first before he came We had a lot of lint in the dryer vent especially in the outside which goes into a window well and has a fixed cover so we cannot clean it ourselves. He cleaned up pretty well but left lint on the window just above the vent. It seemed expensive but I did not price other services. He did have equipment that handled our situation very well.

Pete and Austin arrived on time and spent a solid 2 hours cleaning ducts. Polite and professional in appearance and conduct.

Dwight and Robert were professional, pleasant, and careful to clean up, wore masks, took off shoes at door. They were great and showed photos of the inside of chimney and cap where creosote had plugged some areas. Good job, good value, Iâ ll definitely call them again.

They were here earlier than the appointment, which was fine. I think the guys could do a better clean up job when they were finished. We have not made a fire in our stove yet, so I can't really rate the job for the quality of work.

He showed up thirty minutes early, was kind and respectful of the property, efficient, and did a great job. In and out in less than 25 minutes! Great experience! Would use them again for sure!

I hired Carolina Ductmasters to clean and inspect my chimney. The technician, Chris, was over 2 hours early and was only at my house for less than 20 minutes. He told my kids he was on the roof when I saw him in his truck. He never even went onto my roof. We called to try to get this resolved and spoke to a manager, Mark. He had Chris call us and say that he woud have cleaned it. So my husband climbed on the roof and took pictures to show it was not cleaned and called Mark again. Mark was not interested in our pictures but said that they would send someone else to our house to clean it and they never did. It looks like I will have to hire someone else so that I can have this done, even though I paid $225 for a service I do not feel like we received. I would not recommend Carolina Ductmasters if you actually want the job done.
