The two gentlemen that arrived to clean my ducts were so polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I am the kind of customer that wants to know whats happening and why certain equipment or techniques are utilized. These guys answered all my questions and really did a wonderful job explaining things. They also did not mind me watching them get all the stuff out of the openings. I had no idea that this is something that must be managed as part of your homes sustained maintenance. My ducts were pretty awful and I could hear all the chunks of drywall and see the black/grey dust balls coming from each vent/duct. They cleaned my return area nicely also. The return grate is quite visible so it really made a difference. They also put a new filter in for me and I could smell a change in the home within a couple of hours of keeping the fan running. They also washed every vent/duct with an Earth-friendly solution that assists in reducing mold, mildew, and other harmful bacteria. I liked that extra touch. I contacted 3 Duct Cleaning Companies and these guys were also the least expensive. If I ever need work of this nature again, I want these two guys for sure. The woman who set up my appointment was also very polite and competent. I have already told several of my home-owning friends so I hope I am able to assist this agency in receiving new customers. On what l saw l could have done it myself, the two employees were not very informative and l had to ask what they had done. The written report was virtually unreadable and l had to ask what it said. To my knowledge the wood burner chimney was not swept, whether that was supposed to be done l don't know. For the small amount of time they took the charge was excessive in my opinion.

The company explained to me over the phone the service that would be provided. The technicians were prompt, courteous, and efficient. I would hire them again.

Called before they came, arrived early (with my pre-approval), showed me before-and-after video with some ducts, then showed me directly with another (wow was I glad I finally got this taken care of!); explained things well, and also answered all of my questions; were efficient and curteous; gave appropriate care to fragile property; returned an item found in one duct (from previous residents); detected and addressed a minor mold problem that I was unaware of (thank goodness!); were careful to clean up after each vent; were pleasant to talk to... I have no idea if tipping is common in this business, but I gave them one, as I felt like they deserved it. I've dealt with some workers on other projects a couple of times who did not act professionally, so am all the more grateful when I encounter people like these folks who are true professionals.

They called back the same day when I left a msg requesting service. They confirmed appointment time. Arrived on time. Very professional. Answered all questions. Great job. Will work with them again.

The technicians did a great job! They were on time and completed the job in less than two hours on a 3400 sf house. They were courteous, explained what they were doing and provided video of the before and after condition of our air ducts. Other than the clean condition of our ducts, they left no sign of their work. Good value for the money.

Travis was able to come earlier than planned and called to see that it accommodated our schedule. He explained what was to be done and was quick to accomplish the work. The cost was less than what was originally quoted. We feel he’s honest and efficient.
