They came as scheduled. It was raining but they still did the job. Left my house still clean. They advised i need to change of the chimney cap and gave me a reasonable price. All was done in one day within a couple of hours. I recommended them to a friend and she like them as well. i hope to use them next year.

The serviceman was very friendly and professional. He answered my questions and explained the procedure. I told him of my concerns and he was very careful in his work. The vent covers are very long and are not made anymore; I asked him to be very careful not to damage them. He did a good job although I did have to clean up after him just slightly. But I would recommend him and the company.

The person who did the service was very thorough,courteous,clean and went out of his way to do the job right.He even took some braches from a nearby tree limb and removed them.I would use their services anytime.

Carolina Ductmasters was the only company to call me. I would highly recommend them to have your dryer vent cleaned. Billy and Derek provided great service and took the time to make sure the job was done correctly. I am very pleased and would definitely use them again.

I can't climb up in the duct to check, but they were prompt, efficient and tidy. Most importantly, my clothes are drying MUCH faster, so the duct has to have been cleaned out. Now I can relax and not worry about setting my house on fire.
