Carolina Ductmasters is a class act! They were so honest, experienced-, and helpful, plus reasonably priced. Sometimes you are a little concerned by having strangers in your home, but I would trust Carolina Ductwork here if I had to run an errand. You can be assured they do not try to sell you any that you don't need. Would reccomend them to anyone and I will use them again.

Not happy at all. Dryer vent was totally stopped up. They could not unstop it. I did not feel their equipment was sufficient. I was quoted $125 on the phone. The two workman called their supervisor and told him they could not fix it because vent was separated. I feel it was separated with their hose. I was still charged $100.

The cleaning was done as scheduled and on time and everything went well. The only thing I had a problem with was they told me the exterior of my chimneys were in bad condition and they could resurface them with stucco at a cost of $3,200. I was having my roof replaced and asked the roofer if he could do it. He told me he could do the job for $900. Another reason why you should get multiple estimates.

They Cleaned it spotless

They assured me they had a dryer vent cover that would work for me but they did not.

The team did a great job! They showed up on time and were careful with our flooring and furnishings and took the necessary time to thoroughly rid our ducts of debris and such. (We question whether our ducts had ever been cleaned, the house was built in 1984.) I noticed a difference immediately after they left - it was so much easier for me to breathe. I highly recommend Carolina Ductmasters.

Arrived on time, introduced themselves and went right to work. They counted the registers and air intakes before and after to be sure of count and to be sure they got them all. I would recommend them to anyone and the cost was reasonable.

I was very impressed by the knowledge and professionalism. When i called the office the person that answered was patient with me and answered all of my questions and so do the gentlemen that performed the service work. Definitely A+ service!

They had a fast response time and were very efficient while they were cleaning our ducts. They offered other valuable information while cleaning and inspecting our ductwork. They were very informative. We moved into a home that we are remodeling. The previous owners had pets indoors and I am very allergic to pet hair and dander. My allergic reactions have subsided.
