Overall these guys did pretty good work. We had a lot of vents to be cleaned. They were great at letting me know how the process went and were very friendly. They wore booties which I appreciated but in the downstairs vents, a lot of dust and dirt was left around the vents that i feel like they should have cleaned up. They also left a cigarette but on my porch which I was not pleased with. I am a non smoker and while, I can get over it, it just didnt leave a very good impression. They were very helpful though - Their vacuum in my opinion also needed to be more powerful.

Very impressed with this company! The guys showed upright on time. They worked very well together, made the job quick and painless.... was happy to pay for the service!!! Cloths are drying so fast now it does not even feel like I am doing laundry!!!

The technicians cleaned and inspected the chimney. They also gave me an estimate on some additional work. We were very satisfied with their work!

Knowledgeable, professional, courteous. First was to clean and inspect chimney and they were punctual. They found top of chimney was severely cracked and need to be re-mortared and new metal cap installed. Second visit was to install new cap and mortar top of chimney. They took pictures both before and after to show work performed.

The men that came were attentive to letting us know they were running late and made sure we could still be available when they planned to arrive. Carolina Ductmasters came out and cleaned and inspected my fireplace. They told me my damper handle and the chimney cap needed to be replaced. They said the office would call to schedule an appointment to make the needed repairs. They haven't yet called. However, their technicians were friendly and fast. The appointment was scheduled within a matter of days instead of weeks that other companies were offering. I would use this company again, but I'd prefer it if they would provide the call back scheduling instead of waiting for me to remember to call them and schedule the needed repairs.

They were in and out very fast. They did the job well. After inspection, they showed me what I had to do to my fireplace to make it safer.
