Jason and Dwight arrived on time and explained the work they would do. They finished in time frame we expected. We are hoping that cleaning out 24 years of accumulated dust and dirt from the duct system will help my mom's breathing issues. If so,I'd gladly give them extra stars.we will have them do this chore on a more regular basis.

ON TIME, nice very helpful

Estimated time was 1 hour and they worked 2 hours to clean out a heavily caked flu. Will use them again and do recommend them

The company responded immediately to my quote request, asked the right questions to determine my needs, and arranged an appointment for 8 am the next day. Technicians Dwight & Robert were friendly, professional, efficient and very helpful. They were 1 minute early and took time to show me what they were going to do, then let me observe and answered questions as they performed the work. Showed me what they had cleaned out of the vent and made recommendations on ways to make it better in the future. arranged to set up annual visit to ensure that vent stays clean. I would highly recommend them to others for similar projects.

We had a smelly fireplace that also allowed smoke into the room. After a $1000 quote from a different chimney sweep company, I called Carolina Ductmasters for a second opinion. They found the problem, removed debris and cleaned our chimney for less than $200! I was skeptical that the problem was actually resolved at that price but we've had several roaring fires since with NO smoke and NO smell!! SO thankful I didn't pay the other con artist chimney sweeps $1000.

Tech,, Dwight, did a great job. I was disappointed that they were over an hour late. I was under the impression that this was a local company and the Tech was dispatched from Asheville, North Carolina to work in Southern Greenville county in South Carolina. Once he got there he did a great job!.

I had Chimney cleaning and inspection. The crew that came were very polite and professional. They did extremely clean work. If I hadn't seen them I wouldn't have known they were here. But, in all it took about 10 minutes and I paid $150.00. I do think the price is completely out of line with the amount of work that had to be done.

We have an older home. The technicians would not give up on solving our issue. We really appreciated their help.

The workers were very pleasant and knowledgeable. It turned out that my fireplace did not need cleaning (I had not used it for many years). The only con was I thought it was pricey for 10 min. Would recommend this company.
