Service men had a cancellation and called and offered to come early if I wanted. I told to come early. My husband was away running errands. After insepction of the chimney, I called my husband, the serviceman talked to him, explained his findings, took pictures during the cleaning so I could send them to him. Covered their shoes in the house and wore face coverings. Very pleasant.

They arrived exactly on time. They worked hard. I was surprised there was no mess!

Could not understand simple directions to the house. went over 10 miles Did not have the equipment to clean the ducts not long enough. only 12 some were 16 + Did not clean the main duct. Not happy

They showed up on time ,very respectful. Would recommend them to my neighbors.

Very experienced and professional technicians,

They damaged my dryer by gouging the top with what appears to have been something metal. The employee told me since it was damaged I would not have to pay for the work. I told him I need to know what it will cost to fix the damage. He called his boss and the boss said the employee denied they damaged the dryer. I asked him to report it to their insurance company and have them investigate. The boss became irritated and said the insurance company would believe the employee. I again asked him to report the claim. When I asked the employee for a copy of the bill, he said I would have to sign it and when I told him I would not sign anything, he told me he would not give me a copy of the bill. I have not heard from their insurance company, so I do not know if Carolina reported the damage to them. I will wait a few more days and then follow up to see if it has been reported. All the people with Carolina have been very unprofessional.

Bobby and "String Bean" came by on time. They did what was needed and did not try to oversell me on things that were not needed. They were considerate and I would definitely hire them again. I expected to pay more than I was charged because I had a previous quote of things that needed to be done. Very happy with them both and Carolina Ductmasters.

Travis and Kyle were excellent. Had an hour drive and arrived early ! Did a great job and i expect the company will return as the unit next door wants her condo done also. Summer special price was fair. Would recommend.

They were quick and gave me a spring price of $100.00 off the regular price,. The price even at that seemed a little high for about 1/2 hour of work although they did have to drive 2 hours to get here.
