The service team was efficient and polite, though somewhat disappointed with the appointment setter. I specifically communicated when I would be available for the cleaning and inspection as I had a prior appointment and would be unavailable. This information was not given to the service team who decided to show up an hour earlier because they had time in their schedule - not a good assumption. By the time I arrived all work was completed, so I missed the opportunity to witness firsthand. Customer communication is KEY!
