Came when they said they would, did a great job - only glitch was leaving equipment behind and I had to leave work to get it for them. That was inconvenient.

Well done and done quickly particularly considering the dryer is in the middle of the house and involves two hoses. The question in this survey "How would you rate the work quality" was grayed out so I couldn't enter the "5" that I would have.

The technician was on time and very professional. He cleaned and serviced the chimney, checked it for any problems etc. I had told the folks I spoke with when I made the appointment that I needed a new damper plate and when the technician got there, he called back to the office, and got me a quoted of $350 for a new damper "plate", "installed", or add on a chimney top damper for $450. Since damper plates run from 35 tor cast iron to 95 for stainless steel, I did not think that I was getting a good deal at all and I did not have them install the the damper plate. I will get it done, but, I'm sure for a lot less!! Use this folks, but know what you want done, and what you are willing to pay, and know if it's a good price or not. As they say, "Let the Buyer Beware"

First class service, came immediately and on-time, knowledgeable, honest. Left the work done well and thoroughly, the place clean and neat. I will definitely use this company every time I have work to be done within their expertise. The fee was on the low side by comparison with others I've hired in the past. I'd recommend them without hesitation.

The worker was courteous, on time and did a thorough job explaining what he would be doing. The appointment did not take long. With this being said service was great just believe the price was too high for the amount of time on site.

We had a problem with a dead bird in our chimney. The odor was horrible. I received a call within minutes of putting in a request and he was very courteous. The chimney sweep came the next day (on a Saturday) to take care of this. Very prompt and courteous service. I would highly recommend them and plan to use them again.

Originally hired them to inspect and clean my fireplace chimney. Also install a cap on it. The area around the top of the chimney had several surface cracks. The gentleman preferred to use a better material to repair it than what he had with him. I contracted with them to return to clean out the heating ducts also and repair the chimney when he returned. Both jobs were done beautifully. I have nothing but nice things to say about this company.

It took them 15 Min. They ran a vacuum hose up my chimney. They vacuumed my gas logs and couldn't put them back together. They should charge according to the work they do. I can understand if they have to scrub your chimney down, but they ran a vacuum hose up my chimney. 15 Min.

Showed up on time. We were leaving town at the end of the week and they scheduled us in. I called on Monday, and they came on Thursday morning. Very friendly, thorough, clean. Explained the process and described what they did when work was done. Cleaned our ductwork and dryer vent. Also treated for mold & mites. Our place feels so clean and we don't have to worry about dust, mold & mites coming through the vents.
