The technicians were friendly, explained what they were going to do before they did it. They cleaned and sprayed our fireplace for mold .I would hire this company again.

Guy was alone and he did the job by himself. He did an excellent job with only minor problems.

The service workers were knowledgable and careful to minimize the dirt/ dust. Gave thorough explanations and various options heating solutions using the fireplace. They also said the basement fireplace was only safe for non-vented gas. Would not pass inspection due to multiple chimney seal disruptions. Gave 2 quotes or repair in order to use wood burning.$875 or $2370.elected to not use basement one.

On time; professional; worked steadily until complete. We requested a written estimate/proposal but never received one, so we had to go with a lot of hope (not recommended). I had removed all of the ceiling registers in advance to help make the job a bit easier and keep them focused on the actual cleaning. I was a bit disappointed when they left without replacing any of the registers. Especially since we were told that removal and replacing of the registers were a part of the program.

They were very nice , courteous and clean . They put slippers on their shoes to keep carpets clean.

Robert was excellent in his explanation of what would be done, how long it would approximately take and called beforehand to say he was running 15-20 minutes late due to the previous customer's leaving the house and untimely return! Certainly not his fault she was inconsiderate. He didn't knock her, just stated the facts he couldn't leave without payment and had to wait on her, to return. would definitely recommend and hire again!

They did a good job. Didn't clean the inside of the top of the insert though, if I had been watching I could have pointed it out.

They were prompt, professional, courteous and friendly and completed the service quickly and efficiently. Although the charge was a bit steep for us, we do live out in the country and they are an Asheville business.
