Robert worked hard and appeared to do a very thorough job. I won't know how effective the work has been until a month or so has passed. According to the tech, we had a lot of dust and pet hair in the ductworks .. no surprise. I'm confident we're going to see a real difference!

They came in a timely manner, inspected and were honest in their evaluation without doing things that did not need doing. They returned and installed cap exactly as they promised.

Came on two days notice, inspected the fireplace and the roof cap. Told me what needed repairs and what didn't and that it was not a big rush to fix the issues..gave me a reasonable quote to fix the problem but cleaned and inspected the rest of the chimney. Very satisfied and very friendly guys..would hire again and will in a month or so to fix the two issues.

They were able to provide me with the service I needed on very short notice. I explained my problem to the person on the phone and explained that I needed the service before the cold snap. She talked to the techs in the field and was able to arrange for them to do the job on the very same day.

Not quite as thorough as the previous outfit we hired, but half the price, so no complaints. We knew the chimney was sound, just wanted it cleaned after having burned too much pine last winter. Good value for the money.

nothing the two technicians spent more time trying to take the cover from around the insert than they did the cleaning. I was not impressed nor pleased with the service. Nothing against the techs they were very engaging . They spent less than 10 minutes on the roof so I don't know how thorough they were.
