Very quick response after putting info on Home Advisor site. Appt. set up and Jason was there on time, explained procedure, performed the work. Price was reasonable. Will hire again.

Carolina Ductmasters cleaned our heating vents. They did a great job and showed up when they said they would. I thought the price was reasonable.

Jason came on time. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He gave me good tips for the future. He did everything I asked for.

Came to take out fireplace insert with no rolling cart or tarp. Included in estimate 250 for fireplace repair that did not need repair( re- gas log company). If wanted to repair only needed 8 inches of grout. Charged 90 for materials that consisted of 2 clear plastic tarps

The serviceman they sent was very professional. I believe his name was Robert.He removed his shoes even after I told him it wasn't necessary , since we were replacing the floor soon. He did a thorough inspection and a smoke test, and told us that everything was fine. Our estimate was for $200, but since we didn't need anything done except the inspection, it only cost us $125. I would recommend Carolina Dutchnasters to anyone.

We just purchased this home and a new HVAC system and return line had recently been installed. The air ducts were still the old ones. These guys did a great job cleaning the air ducts and the dryer vent. Will use them again when the time comes!

I had ductwork cleaned and could feel a difference in air flow immediately. Dwight and Chris arrived two hours early after calling to ask if that was ok. Took an hour and a half like they estimated and then they were gone. No messes, great housekeeping. I will recommend their services and will use again if needed.

They did a great job. They took care of the fireplace issues. They needed to order a part. I wish they had already had the part which was expensive but they were able to give me a discount on the labor which helped! I would hire them again.

After initial visit, a part was ordered, and job was completed a few days after that. I am a fireplace newbie so I must draw my own conclusions about the overall value over a period of time, but I am very pleased with the promptness and quality of the work done. The guys also gave me some useful tips about fireplace operation, which I was very glad to have. From beginning to end it was a pleasant experience.
