Carolina Ductmaster rep was punctual, polite and seemed very thorough. My dryer dries much faster now.

Customer service was great. These people were on time, and did excellent work. We had them come in and do the chimney sweep thing and install a new top to our chimney. Our top looks excellent and they did not make a mess in cleaning the chimney. The technician we had was very nice, and knew what he was doing. Great job, by Good People

Carolina Ductmasters replaced 26 feet of flexible dryer hose in a crawl space. They cleaned up, test the vent line, were a bit early for the appointment, curteous and very professional. I would highly recommend them.

Company contacted me quickly. They provided helpful answers to all my inquiries. Staff arrived when stated and were very knowledgable and proficient even with my occasional inspection interruptions. Air quality seems much better post duct cleaning. I am very pleased with the work and with no hidden fees or add on costs.

Were not able to provide certification of fireplace due to non-installed dampers. Felt that maybe just cleaning the insert and the pit should have been discounted. Good service but the rate for that item didnt fit the bill for the amount of time spent on it.

The crew was prompt, friendly and did a great job. I have tried unsuccessfully to get the ducts cleaned twice; I wish I had used this company before. They removed every vent and cleaned the entire system. This is how business should be done. I recommend them for all your duct cleaning needs. They assured me they could handle the job, and proved it, when two other companies gave up. This is the only company that will be handling my duct cleaning needs in the future. The people at this company are great to work with! They are friendly, helpful, prompt, and they try to get you a great deal. The service technicians, Chris and Robert, were terrific! They were so kind, and took time to pet my dogs! Since my ducts have been cleaned, my house is a lot cooler. I guess sometimes it is not your air conditioner. Sometimes, it is dirty ducts!!
