Carolina Ductmasters cleans and services both residential and commercial air ducts, as well as dryer vents, exhaust vents, and fireplace/chimney cleaning. We are also (available for air duct inspections and repairs, dryer vent inspections and repairs, & wood burning fireplace/chimney inspections and repairs. WE DO NOT SERVICE ANY GAS UNITS OR GAS LOGS}. Our Company has been in operation and servicing the entire Southeast through our offices in Asheville/Western North Carolina, NC and Greenville/Spartanburg SC since August 1997. We are committed to providing the highest quality service. Carolina Ductmasters is fully licensed, insured and bondable. Theseguys know what they are doing. They explain clearly the process of what is to be done, do the work then explain what was found and done. They cleaned up after themselves and were very helpful in explaining how the fireplace and chimney work. Thanks to Cody and Kyle for their excellent service!

Robert and Dwight were very kind and professional. They came out to my house in a remote location and gave us a full chimney cleaning and inspection. They ran a smoke test to reassured us we were safe for the winter. Very reasonable pricing and straight forward service! Thanks all

First we setup the appointment and they never showed because the time and date they told me wasn't the time and date they put on their calendar. I was given a price break of $25. When they came to do the work, they knocked everything from the chimney down into the fireplaces but didn't clean up the mess. Never got any type of paperwork stating what was done. Won't use them again.

The worker was unable to remove 5 vents. They seemed to be glued on, so he was unable to do the full job. $400 FOR a 90-minute job. I would never use them again.
