Chris and Bobby showed up on time - on a miserable rainy day, ready to work. I was fully expecting them to reschedule, even offered it, but they were happy to work and did an excellent job. They explained the chimney cleaning procedure, what they would inspect etc. We have had our chimney cleaned lots of times in the past 30 years, but no one ever gave us the high level of service they did. They also told us about the other services they offer, and you can bet we will be using them.
