The techs arrived on time. Explained the process. Kept the work space clean. I would, definitely, hire them again. My only real issue is I would like to see them have an inspection-only fee. It turned out our fireplace did not need cleaning, but we still had to pay the flat fee for an inspection and cleaning. This was explained up front, so there was nothing shady. I would have felt I had received a better value if the charge were say $100.00 for an inspection or the full $150.00 if the cleaning were needed.

The staff was very professional. They arrived on time. They explained what they were going to do. Talked about what might need to be fixed and cleaned up like they were never there. A great experience. I would recommend them and hire them again.

This type of service you just have to trust is performed well because you can't see the results. But there was no fireplace dust that I could detect. The vent cleaning, no evidence of mess. The dryer vent, they sucked something out of it, no idea what. Guys were nice and worked well. The chimney cap was way over price expected.

Work was done in a very timely and professional manner. He explained what he was going to do and how, and asked if we had any questions--we did and he answered thouroughly.

Excellent service.

Good job. On time (actually 5 minutes early) for an 8 am appointment. A little pricey based on similar services provided by others. However, can't get those guys to come out unless you schedule several weeks in advance.
