Robert and Chris arrived on time and ready to work. Within 10 mins of my opening the door, the chimney was already being cleaned from both above and below. Each step was announced and explained with no wasted time. All ash, creosol and other garbage was kept contained and vacuumed thoroughly before the smoke test. Near the finish of the job, the team lead noted that he was still not satisfied with the way the chimney flue was opening. He investigated and found large hunks of dirt and debris were hamper the function. He took the extra time and make sure that the flu area was cleared of the debris and worked correctly before leaving. I am 100% satisfied with the work done and feel absolutely confident of my chimney's safety and ability to hold fires.
