Do NOT hire them. The performed a chimney inspection and over a week later I do not have the report. Need the report to make decision on purchase. 2 phone calls to them ended with promises that I would get the report shortly. Still no report. Deadline past and had to make decision without it. All my stars should be zero but this systems minimum is 0.5 I'll say it again DO NOT HIRE THEM.

Ease of scheduling, professional, curteous, and fast. They walked me through the process and even installed a chimney cap after cleaning and inspection. Would highly recommend!

They did discover a problem that we will most likely call them back for but we actually did not have a lot of soot build up as the chimney had not been used a lot. I was concerned they didn't put a clean sheet under their hose that they ran thru the house. Nor the sheet they placed over the fireplace was not clean. They might want to consider doing that. Otherwise friendly and knowledgeable.

they showed up on time. the first tech was polite but did not complete the duct and trunk line cleaning. I had to call the company .they had to send other techs out two days later to finish cleaning the trunk line before my heat pump could be installed. I felt like the first guy was trying to take advantage of someone older and so I will be more observant next time .I encourage every one not to judge the book by the cover

EXCELLENT: Chris and Robert were right on time, professional, answered our questions -- careful not to let our 4 inside cats out and suggested that we have duct cleaning done again in 3-5 years since we do have cats. It smells much better already and the pricing was more than fair. We're impressed - thanks!
