They did a good professional job on the landscaping, nothing outstanding, but nothing bad. We had a little excitement because they dumped all the mulch in the street and they only sent one guy to do the work and it was during that period where we had a lot of rain and so of course at noon time the skies opened up so the guy left and about 5 o'clock I saw a police car pull in front of my car and he didn't move so I figured it was about the mulch in the street and I was out and he said you got to get this out of the street unlike my landscaper and so we called the landscaper who had already sent all his guys home and he was in Greensboro and he and the cop made a deal that he would come over when he get back into town and put cones and tape around the mulch so nobody would plough into to it that night. The next day, they came back they had three guys and they locked it. I would probably use them again.

They did a great job with the big project and have done great work with the weekly maintenance. They are punctual and professional and responsive when I need to communicate with them.

Work is scheduled for next month September.

Robert responded to my email same day. We set up an appoint for him to come out and give us an estimate. He arrived on time and was very professional. He gave us a verbal estimate and then sent us an email with the estimate. We set up a date for the install. His employee showed up on time and did a wonderful job. We are very satisfied with the work that was done. The yard looks beautiful.

We had moved into our home in December and waited for a lawn to green up in spring. Once it became apparent that there was very little lawn, we decided to install an irrigation system and sod. I contacted Robert based on previous Angies List reviews. While he does not install irrigation, he gladly recommended an installer and we agreed on a plan; namely that once the irrigation was installed he would come out and prepare the site for sodding. The irrigation installation went smoothly (Falling Rain Irrigation) and Robert kept up with that installation in order to time his job to come right on the heels of the irrigation. We were back and forth through phone calls and emails with no delays. When the day came for installation, Robert and his crew arrived bright and early. They worked efficiently and installed beautiful, fresh sod that had been very recently harvested. Before they left, the site was cleaned up and all debris was taken away. We have had a few questions about maintenance which were quickly answered via email. Our experience with Triangle Custom Landscaping was perfect and we are no longer embarrassed to greet our new neighbors - our lawn looks as good or better than theirs!

He was very,very nice. He followed through and he was quick to call me back when I first contacted them. If we have been able to afford what he was proposing we would have gone for it but it was just a little more than what we were looking to pay for the kind of work we want done. He was very responsive, very positive, very friendly, and very accommodating. I would recommend him based on the first impression.

Contacted owner Robert Echols using online request form and he responded early the next morning. Arranged appointment for March 25 with Robert to walk my property, discuss improvement options for landscaping and hear his recommendations. I was extremely pleased with this initial visit. Robert responded withing 2 days with detailed list of services to be performed and his quote. The quote was reasonable for the work being performed. Discussed a few modifications to the quote with Robert and he was very open to making the changes and providing a new quote. Robert gave an estimate of when the work would be performed and he sent an email message the day before the Company would arrive to complete the project. I've lived in Raleigh for 20 years and used numerous landscape companies. This is the best customer service and quality of work I've received. Highly recommend.

The work was done on time and in soec

Robert's crew trimmed down 2 large Pampas grass and 3 medium ones. I left my pickup and they packed the bed with all of the cuttings. His crew was on-time, did an excellent job, and charged me$50. I will definitely call them again!

Robert Echols is a pleasure to deal with, very professional and quick in responding to any queries. Not a garden expert myself, I felt Robert provided well rounded advise and our garden looks great now. I highly recommend Robert Echols / Triangle Custom Landscaping to anybody.

Emailed a request for a quote Saturday night and Robert the owner came back to me by 5:30 on Monday morning. Unfortunately he did not perform the service I was requesting but was able to recommend someone to contact. While he wasn't able to perform the service he was extremely responsive and professional. I will definitely consider using him in the future.

We have used Robert and Triangle Custom Landscaping services for over 3 years. Each time we are more impressed with their professionalism, service provided and they are just great to work with. Orginally I scheduled 3 landscaping compaines to give estimates, one was a no show, one showed up 2 days late but Robert was on time and a pleasure to work with. Triangle Custom Landscaping showed up when they said they would be there, the work was wonderfully done, and he would check back with us to make sure we were happy. We still use Triangle Custom Landscaping. l

Called provider, received a response within a couple of days. Came out, review the job and quoted within a week. Require a deposit, communicated when service would be performed. Arrived as communicated and completed job as outlined.

Robert and I arranged a time (10:00 am) to meet and see what we could do with our landscaping. At 9:59:59 am Robert rang the doorbell and I showed him what we had in mind. We told him what our budget was and he came back to us a few days later with a range of options that would work for us (taking into account that deer eat most of the flowers we had, certain parts of the house don't receive much sunlight, and our request for plants that are durable and require little to no maintenance). We agreed on the service and the price. Robert's team was able to come in ahead of schedule, completed everything within about three hours, and came in under budget (Robert purposefully overestimated the amount of mulch needed to give us the 'worst cost scenario' up front and did not charge us for the mulch he did not use - something I greatly appreciated). Every aspect of his service far exceeded my expectations. I wish I could share my before and after photo's with you - they tell the story well.

I have an annual contract with Triangle Custom Landscaping to perform mowing, weed control, leaves and debris removal, and lawn fertilization and maintenance. I couldn't be more pleased with their service. Their employees are courteous and professional, their prices are competitive, and, after a full year, I have had no complaints about the the quality of their work. I am particularly impressed with the quick response to my questions, and the "free advice" I receive on other yard maintenance issues.

Triangle Custom Landscaping answered my request very promptly. They listened to what I needed, made an appointment to look at the area, and we came up with some ideas. They then sent me a proposal with listing of plants and prices. I agreed. I then thought that another type of plant would work, asked their opinion, they agreed so we settled on the plants and I asked them to go ahead with the job. They called in not too long a time period, said they had the plants and they could do the work in the next couple of days. They came out, we looked to see where the best location for each of the plants would be and their associate went to work digging, putting in extra conditioners and plants. He put around mulch that I had when he had finished and everything looked fine. The plants were not large and will require care, i.e., watering for a couple of weeks. As I need to leave the state for a few weeks soon, Justin even volunteered to look in on the new plants while I was gone since he's frequently in the area. Very thoughtful and professional and I would not hesitate to recommend them and use their company again.

They took care of our primary residence as well as a rental property all in the same day. They provided an estimate, gave me options, and showed up when they said they would. Even emailed me to let me know they didn't need all the mulch so charged me for 5 cubic yards instead of the 6 they quoted. I was impressed. This wasn't a big job, but when we do a larger project, this is the company I will call!

They did an outstanding job of creating a new bed of shrubs, replaced several shrubs in an existing bed, and transplanted two trees. The service was great. Robert and his crew were professional and did a great job overall. The whole process went smoothly and we're very pleased with how the completed work looks.

He said he'd call back, but he didn't.

Originally contracted with Triangle Landscapes to install sod. Robert came out and provided an estimate, working most of the contract over the phone or email. After signing the contract we had to back out due to concerns for our animals getting into the netting which holds the sod together. Robert was very understanding and issued a refund. He did end up coming to our house to install some pine straw on the date we had scheduled for the sod installation. Robert was very flexible and professional and easy to work with. Even though we had signed a contract he allowed us to change the order within a few days of the install date. Would definitely use him again for our landscaping needs.

This fellow was excellent; of the three people I contacted about this project he was the most responsive and seemed like he was the most willing to do the work. He was very professional and I will use him again in the future.

We are very happy with the work performed by Triangle Custom Landscaping! The owner Robert promptly returned my phone calls, emails, and was always on time for each appointment. The work was completed when promised and our back yard has not looked this good in many years. Robert is very easy to work with - polite, professional, and very knowledgeable. He listened to what we wanted for our yard and then made some recommendations that turned out to be great! The new landscaping has made a dramatic difference in the appearance of our yard and the grass that was seeded has grown in remarkably well. We will continue to use Triangle Custom Landscaping for our lawn and some additional landscaping projects that we have planned for the new year.

Robert responded to my inquiry within a day. He was out of town on a big job, but told me when he would be back in town. He got back in touch as soon as he was back in town. He came out for a free estimate, and returned in my preferred time frame to do the work. He was fast, professional, and the work was high quality. I especially like that he took care to keep several of my special plants intact and set them aside for me. We definitely intend to work with Robert again at our new place.
