I had an excellent experience with PRS on a recent repair for storm damage. They were professional, reliable, and friendly. I used a different company for the mitigation after the storm and then used multiple contractors for the repairs. With such amazing customer service, I wish I had PRS do the whole job! If we ever need restoration services again, PRS will be the only company I call!

I would recommend PRS for their mitigation work in my house. They identified all areas that were damaged and potentially damaged and mitigated in an efficient way. The work was done in a timely manner. Drew the advisor was available all the time to answer my questions and also come check on status updates.

They were excellent. PRS got back to me immediately and accessed the situation. They approached mitigation carefully and conservatively, so as to disrupt as little as possible in the kitchen. They covered the surrounding areas and cleaned up daily. Their guys were kind, considerate and helpful. They always made sure they addressed all my questions and concerns. I felt confident the job was done right. They made it all as painless as possible. Though I hope to never need their services again, I would use them in a heartbeat.

When my wife and I returned from vacation we found our refrigerator water line had burst causing extensive damage to our hardwood floors. Bill Daley is a professional who sent his crew in the next day tearing up floors and setting up equipment to dry everything out. We originally hired another company during the initial water damage. After a short time we were unsatisfied with the other company and thankfully found PRS. They came in and set everything right. Very professional. Job was not considered finished until I was completely satisfied. They were very responsive and informative throughout the process of putting my home back together. I had the best experience with Professional Restoration Services. Our home was heavily damaged during a hail storm. Professional Restoration worked directly with my insurance company to make sure that the insurance company covered everything that needed repair. After Professional Restoration Services constant connection with my insurance company, we were able to get them to fully cover all damages to be repaired. It was great to have Professional Restoration Services be my spokesperson, and to work with someone that I trust and had our best interest at heart. They would not stop until all repairs were approved by insurance, and all repairs were done in a timely matter and looks perfect. Its wonderful to have our house back!

Mr. Bill Daley came the day after the leak was found and explain everything that needed to be done and the price up front. His crew came later that same day and started the work. The crew was professional and worked hard. After a week the work was complete and we were able to sell our house on time. I would recommend their work to anyone.

Very well. They did a great job fixing the water damage to my kitchen, and then replacing hardwoods to my entire downstairs. They even cleaned my windows afterwards! Great team!

It went very smooth and great, PRS responded quickly and made sure the water damage was minimal by pulling out all the damaged parts. Then set up driers to make sure anything left over was completely dry and ok to be used moving forward. They then set in place a repair estimate and time frame, and completed all tasks very professionally and on time, the quality of the work was great. Will recommend them to others

Professional Restoration Services did excellent work providing estimate to repair the fire damages. They had prompt response and professional services. The house was rebuilt by the original builder. I would hire them again if our rental houses need another restoration services.

This is absolutely The. Best. Company. Having a major disruption in your home is a painful process and often a long one. PRS has done absolutely everything possible to minimize the impact of a major kitchen leak to our lives and to restore our home quickly. One hour after I reached out to PRS, our project manager, Bill, arrived. He quickly evaluated the scope of our damage and carefully explained the next, necessary steps. Drew, Josh, and Jake arrived that afternoon and began the remediation process. Dwight removed our custom cabinets with care and rebuilt the damage better than before; he is a master carpenter! They worked quickly, doing as much as possible to keep disruption to our home at a minimum. No question or concern was too small for them to stop and answer or solve. Each morning Drew came to check on our home, keep us updated, and encourage us. After the drying out step, Bill worked with our insurance adjuster to detail all of the damage and develop a project timeline, sitting with me at the dinning room table to work through the calendar. We've just started the rebuilding process, and I've met and love every subcontractor Bill has chosen. They are companies with integrity who are proud of their quality work. Communication is outstanding. Every step of the way we have been attended to with compassion and professionalism. I honestly feel like they have treated me as family. In the midst of our job, this area was hit with a major hail storm. The job load for PRS doubled overnight, yet my project timelines haven't slipped. These guys all have to be exhausted; yet, they arrive with cheer and work with the same attention to detail. I rarely review anyone, but can't praise this crew and company highly enough! They deserve your trust and your business.

I cant say enough positive about the experience. When you have such a disruptive event, it is such a pleasure working with a professional team. They performed the work in a timely manner and at the price originally negotiated.

Kevin and Bill were fantastic. I got a call from a neighbor on a Saturday morning who was checking on our home while we were traveling and she reported the leak and damage. I googled water damage repair and came across Professional Restoration Services. I called PRS around11 am and with in an hour Kevin had a project manager on site to evaluate the situation. We agreed upon a price for the work needed and within another 2 hours a crew was at the house setting up fans and dehumidifiers. Within 2 days the family room and surrounding rooms were completely dry with no residual damage. They even came back in to ensure the carpet was tacked back down and secure in all the corners of the room. I couldn't have been more please with their professionalism, prompt service and the results of their work. I highly recommend PRS.

While the fact that insurance was involved and the process took longer than I anticipated. PRS was extremely helpful in moving through the process. I was appreciative of the contractors hired to do the work. Professional throughout the process.

We had a dishwasher leak and subsequent water and mold issues. PRS came in, assessed the issue and got to work immediately. A description of the issue was provided, the plan for mitigation and remediation outlined and executed. The highlight of the project was working with the project manager Bill Daley. Bill was extremely responsive, communicative, responded to each and every one of my queries and stuck to the proposed the timelines. I don't believe any of my calls or inquiries ever went unanswered. He did what he said and if there were to be any delays he communicated those to me which I appreciated. It was an unmitigated pleasure working with Bill and his crew. I would work with them again without question and highly recommend.

We woke up to our kitchen sink leaking which caused damage in the kitchen as well as the garage. Contacted our insurance company who sent in a different company (national chain) to help with the clean up from the water damage. They did an OK job - but not good enough that we wanted to hire them for the repairs. I went looking for other options and found Professional Restoration Services. From the initial estimate to the repairs being completed, Kevin & crew were great to work with. We wanted to upgrade a few items in conjunction with the repairs, and they made that very easy to do. They provided suggestions of things to think about and were upfront about costs. In the end, the quality of work was excellent and completed right on budget. We are very happy with our new kitchen island, and the garage looks better then it did before the leak.

PRS was top notch in every aspect of our restoration project. We were out of our house for 3 months (during Thanksgiving and Christmas). PRS empathized every step of the way and got us back in earlier than expected. They were phenomenal. Kevin Folsom and his team were exceptional and I would recommend them for any home project.

Our main floor flooded which also flooded part of our basement. It was a huge project (subfloor needed to be replaced and flooring for both floors). We started with a different restoration company. After the demo was done they were going to take too long to finish the job so we asked Bill to come and give us a quote. We hired them to finish the job and they performed great. They hit most of their timelines and even when mistakes were made there were quick to fix them. Bill and his team are very responsive and we enjoyed working with them.
