I can't say enough about the professionalism, skill, and responsiveness of Professional Restoration Services! The Mitigation team were at our home the day after I placed a call to them, and they worked tirelessly to remove wet insulation under the house caused by a catastrophic burst pipe. Their efforts continued inside the house where moisture caused damage to part of the kitchen floor. Each crew involved in the process was courteous, efficient, and always willing to explain what they were doing. Project Manager Michael worked closely with us throughout the process of completing all the necessary repairs. He displayed extraordinary determination and patience with our insurance company when the assigned claims adjuster did not respond to PRS or to us. Thanks to his repeated efforts, our claim was finally processed, and the repairs were completed. We are thrilled with the results and are especially appreciative of the responsiveness and kindness with which all our questions were addressed by the entire team. This is a company focused on effective communication, attention to detail, quality work, and customer satisfaction. I'm not sure how we would have handled this situation without their help! I have never met a friendlier staff than I have with PRS. Their customer service is extraordinary! Every single person that stepped foot on my property was kind, courteous, and very friendly. Any time I needed to call or text, someone answered or got back to me almost immediately with an answer to my question. The whole process went smoothly and I really didn’t have to worry about a thing, as they took care of it all. I got a schedule and everything was on time, which was nice because we had to be out of the the house for a period of time with 3 kids and 2 dogs. They did an amazing job and my floors look amazing! I’d recommend them to anyone I know!

Professional Restoration Services did an outstanding job restoring our kitchen to look even better than what It looked like prior to the water damage that destroyed our floors. From the first call for service, to the final inspection, I received nothing but professional support from the entire team. Patrick, the project manager, went out of his way to ensure timelines were created that did not interfere with our schedules and coordinated with the many vendors to ensure top quality work was done on-time. We could not be happier with the final results! The team definitely lived up to their name, “Professional Restoration Service”. Two thumbs way up!!

We had water damage. PSR showed up the next day. they adhered to scope and budget. Team was punctual, would call ahead to reconfirm exact arrival dates/times throughout the remediation and reconstruction. Project started and ended on time. Walked us throughout the process, so there were no surprises. Truly professionals from the managers down to the actual staff in the trenches. After the project ended, they were as responsive to address any issues that we raised, as they were during the project.

It went fantastic everything came out wonderful the work was done professionally and the quality was great everyone that I worked with was so helpful and kind this was a very large job I had all the hardwood floors and carpet replaced in the downstairs of my home which is about 3000 ft.² the quality of the work and I don’t that I chose were top notch I would highly recommend this company to everyone they made everything so simple and stress relieving for me

We had an amazing experience with PRS following water damage in our kitchen. Drew came out the same day to assess the extent of the damage and identify next steps, and oversaw all mitigation efforts. Mike was the person who facilitated the repair, which included various contractors to handle floors, cabinets, and tile. Absolutely everyone we interacted with was incredibly courteous and professional. They understood that this was not a voluntary remodel on our part, and went above and beyond to make it as smooth an experience as possible. Mike, in particular, was very responsive and went out of his way to make sure that every single detail was attended to. We are so incredibly grateful to PRS for somehow making this a positive experience, and we'd enthusiastically recommend them!

Needed repair to a bathroom and a bedroom that required installing new flooring and a bathroom vanity. Patrick was the project manager and was very helpful in guiding me through the repair process including flooring selection options. I would definitely contact Professional Restoration Services again if needed.

From the first call right after the fire until completion of service, the folks at Professional Restoration were great. They were at our business right away and did a great job of cleaning, reducing smoke damage, getting our ceiling repaired, everything. Very responsive and kept us appraised of any and all developments in this process. There was a project manager for the drying out and for the restoration and they were both great! They were in contact and/or here every day and followed up to make sure all scheduled workers showed up when they were supposed to be here. The restoration manager made sure we were happy with all the work and had one or two small things redone or repaired. No complaints and while I would prefer to not to have to use them again I certainly would not hesitate to do so if I had another house disaster.

Kevin and his team were here within the hour to get to work on locating the source and drying things out. They even recommended folks to do the Sheetrock and paint repairs who did an outstanding job. Nicole and her crack staff provided incredible support in getting claims processed and seeing things through. PRS would be my first call if anything ever happens again.

I got estimates/info from 5 companies + was very, very glad I went w/ PRS!! The owner told me they would treat my project like it was his home and they did so from start to finish. Professional, effective, efficient team w/ project managers on top of all the details. Great communication throughout via email/text and softcopy documents making the "paperwork" portion of the project quick/easy.

Water cleanup and drying crew were great. Called everyday and worked around my schedule to check progress, started earlier than normal to visit house before I needed to work. Repair work ultimately was completed perfectly, would have liked to have CM be more on top of the contractor. CM was great and would do anything needed, but felt like I needed to be there to police the work more because information didn't seem to transfer as well to workers.

Excellent service Patrick and his team responded quick and the job was finished and my house put back together in no time.

Our experience with PRS was wonderful. We had a pipe break in our attic which caused a good deal of water damage. Our project Manager Bill was absolutely perfect in being prompt, extremely helpful in answering questions, and taking care of everything from the beginning of the mitigation process to the final sign off of completion. Amazing done! PRS was a one phone call to take care of several trades to come and make a large repair. From the first contact in their office to the men at my home, they were professional, kind and detailed. Do not call anyone else, these people are truly professionals at their job.

We have just completed our requirements with PRS and they gave us excellent service in every respect. A large water leak from the condo above left a real mess with major repair work required. There were special owner health needs which required special considerations, but our project manager understood and handled all issues in a professional and efficient manner. PRS handled a major restoration job including a kitchen, hallway, bathroom, ceiling, and structural work due to a water leak over an extended period of time. The project manager, Kevin was outstanding. He kept me informed of schedules and status on a timely basis and the workmanship was outstanding.
