Masterpiece Windows

We had shopped around and decided to go with Masterpiece windows. We had 13 windows replaced. The people who did the installation seemed top notch. Avery and Jason were very professional and just as important punctual. If they said they were going to be there at a certain time they did. They are proud of their work and aren't just trying to get it done. They want it to look good and you to be happy with it. The quality of the windows we purchased seems great but I'll have to update later on whether or not they live up to my expectations which my wife says are unreasonable most of the time.

George Sullivan worked with us to get was was best suited for our need. Explained the process so we were well informed. Avery and Jason did a fantastic job with the installation. Very professional. Cleaned everything up. Very friendly. Would recommend to anyone looking for new windows or doors.

The windows were high quality with a reasonable price. The installers did an excellent job wrapping the window frames and sills. The installers also did extra work for a reasonable price. It was a pleasure to work with George, Avery and his crew.

George was extremely nice and took the time to explain the entire process to us. The price and timelines he quoted were dead on and he returned the day after installation to inspect the work to ensure we were happy. Avery and the installation team were amazing. They completed all work, took down existing blinds, and then put everything back up and cleaned up all debris after. They were nice professional and did a fantastic job. We are very happy with our windows.

We chose Masterpiece Windows for our window replacement needs and were very impressed with the whole experience. George was very professional and patient with us from the beginning. He explained the whole process, broke down the cost per window, and gave a demo. We never felt rushed into making a quick decision or sensed any pushy sales tactics. Avery and his installation team actually worked us into their schedule earlier than expected and they were awesome as well. They did everything by the book including repairing several instances of wood rot they encountered. We could tell they really cared about doing a good job and we highly recommend them!

The work was done quickly and with great quality. Price was better than several others that we had quoted to us and they were able to install in a short time period to beat the pollen season. Reference before and after pictures.

I am very pleased with the Simonton Premier windows and believe they are one of the best for the price. Replacing our 17 double hung windows was a fairly simple and fast operation. The fit up of new windows was perfect and installation very well done. The carpentry associated with the conversion of doors to windows was the more complex part of the job. Avery and his two crews did a very nice job on this work and replaced some rotted wood for a very reasonable and fair price addition. I couldn't be more pleased with the installation quality, timeliness and communication along the way. I would and have recommended Masterpiece to my friends. Joe B.

We had 20 windows and 1 patio door replaced. We got quotes from everyone from Anderson to Window world. After getting all the quotes, our final decision came down to Pella 250 vinyl or Simonton from MasterPiece Windows. The Simonton windows were much better quality and the price was better. George was great and low pressure. The install team was also great. We only had two issues: One window was left off our original order and had to be installed later. Also, their shop vac broke during the install so they weren't able to clean up quite as well. They were very apologetic and swept up as well as they could. Even with these small issues would not hesitate to use Masterpiece Windows again.

Masterpiece Windows replaced all of the old wood windows in my house and wrapped the wood sills and brick molding with a siding material. All I can say is that they did fantastic work. They cut NO corners and made sure things were done correctly. The crew doing the work was a great bunch of guys who knew what they were doing. I would certainly recommend Masterpiece Windows to my friends and family.

I could not be happier with all phases of this project. The windows offered by Masterpiece are very high quality and have excellent online reviews. The pricing offered by the Masterpiece team was also excellent so it was thousands below the other quotes I got for similar quality windows. Masterpiece does this by keeping their overhead extremely low and then passing the savings onto the customer. The entire process from the initial meeting with George, through the installation was all seamless. His installation team did an excellent job, hauled off the old windows, and cleaned up all of their mess once the job was complete. I could not be happier.

Our experience was amazing! George was very helpful throughout the process. We needed almost all of the windows in our house replaced and George helped us to get the best bang for our buck! My only regret is that we didn't have every single window replaced!! We plan to do that in the not too distant future :) Avery's work was thorough and the results are high quality. Our new windows beautiful and really make our 20 year old house look like it was just custom built. I look forward to working with George, Avery, and their crew very soon to do the rest of the windows and likely replace our front door with something more modern.

George is courteous, punctual and transparent about the pricing. Their pricing was very straightforward and reasonable compared with the other quotes we received. The installer Avery has a reputation for his workmanship and this was as important to us as the product itself. We are very pleased with our new sliding patio door and the installation. We initially called Masterpiece to replace our patio door and plan to use them to replace the rest of the windows in our home.

From the beginning of the process of meeting with George to final installation I was very happy with the quality of service, product, and professionalism by Masterpiece Windows. The transparency of the costs on a per window basis was what initially made them stand out to me, and their continued efforts to take care of me as a customer was impressive. The total cost was the lowest of the 4 quotes that I got and it was completely transparent to me what I was paying for. Everyone else refused to give me even a modest breakdown of the costs. The installation team was courteous and professional, and on time to start and on time to finish. I am not an expert, but I believe the workmanship was of a very high quality as well. I would recommend Masterpiece Windows to anyone. Bottom line, I was impressed and pleased from start to finish.

The sales process was much easier than what we experienced with other companies. George was straightforward with his pricing and flexible with the terms of the contract. Communication with George and the installer was great, and both were punctual when we met. Installation went smoothly and we are happy with the quality of the work.

Service went very well. Ordered windows and got them installed in about 5 weeks. 50% deposit and 50% upon completion. Job went very well, and new windows look amazing. We changed out from standard single hung in our sunroom to a large picture window on the back wall, and sliders on the side walls. They look absolutely amazing. George was a lot of fun to work with, and Avery his installer did a great job. Unfortunately, forgot to get before photos, but the after's are fantastic. We will be using George and Avery to finish up the rest of our windows as we get the funds.

I had gotten several quotes, all within $500-600 of each other, so the choice came down to the knowledge of the salesperson. I had used one company in the past on another house, and even though they were going to give me a $2,000 discount for repeat business, I went with Masterpiece instead. The previous company came out, looked at the windows from the outside, made a couple of measurements then left. George from Masterpiece measured every window and noted the drastic drop of the window frame due to manual crank mechanisms. He had his installer, Avery, come out and look as well. I felt they both took the time to give an accurate scope of the work needed and the price reflected that. The windows came in about 4 weeks and Avery called to schedule the install. He was polite and on time. He did an AMAZING job of removing the old stuff and adding new trim and sills where needed. They cleaned everything up when they left, and they cleaned it well. I am super thankful I chose Masterpiece!! I am certain the other companies would have run into issues with those cranks without inspecting them first.

Overall, the whole process was a very smooth and we’re very pleased with the results. We had all the windows in our house replaced (qty 11) as well as our existing french door replaced w a sliding glassdoor. Our house was built in the early 80s and what was there was part of the original construction, so they were in need of replacing! We reached out to four different vendors and did quite a bit of research before we finally decided to go with Masterpiece Windows. George was great and came out to house and answered our many, many questions. He was very responsive and even worked w us over email, which helped me out a lot. There was plenty of communication through the whole process, even through installation. All of the new downstairs windows and the sliding door are shatter resistant glass, which is apparently an usual request, but Masterpiece handled it no problem. Their overall price was quite a bit cheaper than the other companies who gave us pricing; one company came out but never replied back w a quote and the other company couldn’t provide the shatter resistant glass. We scheduled the installation a few weeks in advance (mostly for our timing limitations) and Avery, the foreman, had come out prior to installation to walk the area and take final measurements for the window order. The install team arrived when they said they would on the installation day. They knocked out changing all 11 windows and the one door over a 2-day weekend; they ran a bit late on Sunday so the install ate into the clean up time and policing up little debris, but for as much as they got done and for the fact that it was dark during clean up, it was totally fine. The siding looks exactly like it did prior to installation, which is what we were concerned about! The windows have been installed for over a month and we haven’t had any issues - they look great, they move smoothly, and (most importantly) nothing is leaking! Right after the installation, there was a cold snap with the snow and the temps into the single digits and the windows have been impressive. Standing with my face literally an inch from the glass I couldn’t feel any cold until I actually touched the glass and there was no draft or temperature differential around the edges or anything. If I had it to do over again, I wouldn’t do anything differently. Thanks so much!

AMAAAAAAZING!!!!! Quotes for both windows and installation were done quickly. All work was done in less than 2 days - entire house including 2 big picture windows. Have wanted to do this for years, but didn't think I could afford it - Masterpiece was not only top quality, but also affordable for a single retiree! Every detail was attended to and then some... I am simply over the moon with the new life that has been breathed into my dear old 1956 home. My face hurts from smiling!!!

Wow! George sells a great product and Avery and his crew installs them expertly! When we moved into our home 25 years ago, the replacement windows had already been done by another company. Over the years, the windows have lost their seals, panes have cracked and some of the windows no longer stayed up. It was past time to replace the replacements. We called three companies who offer replacement windows. George from Masterpiece Windows was the only one who brought visual aids! He is quite proud of the product he sells and they are great. The price was good and comparable to the estimates given by the other companies. Our windows arrived in good time and Avery and crew installed them quickly. One window arrived broken and was installed. A replacement sash was immediately ordered and will be here next week! The windows look great and they were wrapped beautifully! Much better than the original replacements! I love our new windows and the experience was great!
