We recently had all of our aging, original windows replaced by Masterpiece. I appreciated their gimmick-free estimate visit, their price (lower than a competitor), and attention to detail. For example, they suggested a single slider where we had two existing single-hung windows next to each other over a bathtub, pointing out that for the same price we would get a better looking and just as functional window. (Their competitor said nothing about this option.) They were responsive to communication and flexible about installation, which went well. Highly recommended.

Loved working with Bruce and the Masterpiece Windows team. We had a crack in the middle of a set of 3 in the front of our home and needed the full glass replaced. Was very happy with the outcome and customer service. They were very easy to get in contact with and all 3 of our windows needed to be replaced with foundation issues. Unfortunately one of our windows cracked during installation and they quickly handled the situation, ordered a new window and replaced it seemlessly. Reasonably priced as well. Would definitely recommend and would hire again.

Highly recommend Masterpiece Windows! My husband and I are under 30 and this was the first big project we’ve done on our house (built in 1989 so they were replacing the original windows). Bruce, Ken, and Merick were all absolutely wonderful to work with. I have never had such great communication with a company before. From start of the requested quote to the very end I always knew what stage in the process we were and all three people were very communicative. They put the customer first and don’t push any extra cost or fees on you. They are very trustworthy. Merick is the one who installs the windows and he is the best! He installed 26 windows by himself in 1.5 days so he was very quick. He’s also a very nice trustworthy guy. Quality of windows are fantastic & have a lifetime warranty.

From the start we had a great experience with Masterpiece. Ken was very helpful and personal in the sales and decision making process. Jeff did a wonderful installation job of the slider window and took care of all my detailed requests to make it a perfect product. We look forward to more window projects with them in the future!

We are so pleased with our new bathroom window. It was a please working with Ken Almond, he was so helpful helping us choose the right window for our bathroom. Their installer, Merik, really knows his trade. He was courteous, efficient and arrived on time. This was a small job for them but they were happy to install one large window for us. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience for Masterpiece Windows. After offering a quote that was far below other companies', Ken said that our window was probably still under warranty. The company that installed the original window had gone out of business, so Ken actually made several calls while still at our house to track down the manufacturer. He even checked in on us a week later, even though his work for us had cost him a sale. Masterpiece Windows will be first on our list next time we need to replace a window.

I felt that the Masterpiece folks were very transparent throughout the process. The installer, Mason, was very good and paid attention to the little details. Avery and his crew are extremely talented, the work took about 9 hours and they completed it in a single day. The windows look fantastic and are flawless. Absolutely worth the money. Masterpiece Windows exceeded my expectations. I love my beautiful Simonton Windows! George presented the product, provided a very competitive quote and answered my endless questions with humor and patience. Avery, Jason and Donovan efficiently and beautifully installed an entire houseful of windows AND replaced a ton of rotten wood trim AND went the extra mile to add extra interior trim when they could have just calked an awkward gap. I wish every home improvement contractor operated like Masterpiece!

I chose Masterpiece Windows because George (the owner) made a very thorough presentation and answered my questions with facts rather than sales jargon. He also had a terrific suggestion which really improved the look of our kitchen bay window. Plus he had a really good product (Simonton Windows) at a really good price. I was not disappointed with my choice. When the windows arrived, Avery and his crew installed the windows quickly and efficiently, and the rooms where they worked were spotless when they left. The windows are great and Masterpiece is a little gem of a company.

When we decided to replace our dining room sliding door, we made one call – Masterpiece Windows! Over ten years ago, Masterpiece replaced every window in our house. When we recently sold that house, the windows were a big selling point! In our current home, Masterpiece did an absolutely wonderful job replacing our back-sliding door. Avery and crew went over and above replacing rotted wood trim, including tackling a carpenter ant nest! We certainly can’t say enough! The door itself is Simonton; affordable, great product and comes with a warranty. It looks great! George and company are reliable, courteous, punctual and very professional. George was outstanding and came in and measured and gave an accurate estimate and the installation was very safe and smooth. I would Highly recommend contacting George at 919-623-9934. I also accidentally kicked up a rock through my lawn mower and George responded quickly and promptly when I called him, Hard to find a good company like this.

George was so great to work with. He had the most impressive presentation/demonstration of the windows he sells and now that they are in our home... they do not disappoint.
