I highly recommend Elite Tile. Their work shows great attention to detail and commitment to excellent customer service. They did an excellent job installing a handmade tile backsplash. The tile had irregular shape but turned out beautifully with the excellent craftsmanship from this company! I really appreciate their work.

I inquired about this project with dozens of providers and ELITE was by far the most reasonably-priced. Diego was very friendly and responsive via e-mail in the week preceding the project. He arrived on-time, fully-prepared and began work right away. We were previously told by others to expect a 2-3 day job and Diego finished in under 5 hours with impeccable attention to detail. He genuinely cared how the finished product looked and was a pleasure to have in the house while he worked.

Diego was very helpful and communicative. A perfect process till he finished the job, no mess left around. Absolutely awesome and precise job installing tiles. Will use him again in future.

I was extremely impressed with the level of professionalism, excellent communication, and high quality of the work. They appeared to be very busy, but managed to work my job into their schedule to accommodate some other work we were having done. They showed up exactly at the time agreed and delivered the project on schedule. I would have no hesitation recommending Elite and would gladly have them back for additional work.

It was fantastic, provider worked to our schedule, arrived on time, did a great job, and cleaned up after he was done.

We had unexpectedly found termite and wood rot damage in our shower stall and adjacent tub surround resulting from improper installation of the shower floor liner years earlier. We had to have a major repair and tile replacement of the shower and tub surround as a result, rather than a simple grout cleaning as originally intended. Because we were disappointed with parts of the work done by the company we hired to do this work, we asked Elite Tile Systems to give us a second estimate on replacing the tile floor to match the new tub/shower tile. Michael Yazbek came out and gave us an estimate that was much better than that provided by the company that did the tub/shower work, and he was both courteous and pleasant to work with. We accepted his estimate. Alfredo did the actual work, arriving punctually on the date scheduled. Alfredo was truly professional. On the first day, he removed the commode, the old baseboard, the old tile, and the old backer board and installed the new backer board. On day two, he installed the new tile and baseboard and reset the commode. We were delighted with his work. He was efficient, precise in all aspects of the installation, and a delight to work with. He left the workplace clean after the first day and like new after completing the job. In addition, Michael stopped by to make sure everything was going well and to our satisfaction at the end of the first day and again the day after the work was completed. We will definitely use Elite Tile Systems for an additional home renovation project now in progress and for future work as well. Their pricing is fair, their work excellent, and their customer service exemplary.

Started calling for estimates in late November 2014, mostly using Angie's List vendors. Elite's quote beat 3 other highly rated vendors. Job started in early December and pretty much finished up in the 2 weeks quoted for the job duration. Some minor things were done right before the holidays with a final visit after the 1/1/2015. Elite is not as large as other vendors, however, their customer service, quality, punctuality were outstanding. The final cost came very close to the original quote. Elite does not do Shower door installations but they gave me the name of who they work with (Glass Depot) to get the shower manufactured and installed. Elite does not do painting, but I already had another Angie's list vendor lined up for that part of the job. Michael Yazbek front ends for Elite and they are lucky to have such a knowledgeable person in front handling estimates, helping with tile orders and other materials needed by the skilled workers. He was always, always responsive and accurate with follow up questions. Alfredo was the tile installer and what a master craftsman and "artist" he is......as every part of the tile installation, including wood floor replacement, wall board and baseboard installation came out perfectly. Other support folks were brought in as needed (demolition, plumber, electrician...) and all did their work very very well. All Elite personnel were polite and patient with us during their work efforts. As the U.S. is a melting pot of different cultures and nationalities, so is Elite, and I got a little better at my Italian and Spanish :-) (Not that I know much of each !)

Michael and his tillers did a nice job of replacing the tile in our master bathroom. They removed the old tile, installed new cement board and retiled the entire bathroom. We used 3 different tiles, 2 different grouts and added a decorative accent. They did a good job of working with me on the design and made sure to point out where cuts would need to be made to ensure that I would be happy with the results. They were definitely collaborators and not merely installers I found their pricing competitive, if not slightly less than others. They are also very easy to work with as I bought my own tile, did my own plumbing and even added a heated floor mat, which they had to carefully tile over. This was the 2nd time I have used Elite Tile in the past 2 years. They did the master bath and a kitchen backsplash in my last house. They were originally recommended to me by my boss, who is extremely particular. That alone made it a no brainer to pick Elite. I will be calling them again this year to do my guest bath, laundry room and kitchen backsplash.

They were great. Michael came out in the evening to give me the estimate which was appreciated since my work schedule makes it hard to be here midday. After the initial quote I changed my mind and wanted them to do more so I called an he came back out, again when it was convenient for me, to look at it and make absolutely sure he knew what I wanted. We scheduled the job once the tile arrived and he had his technician Alfredo come and do the installation. He told us Alfredo would be there at 8am and he was there ten minutes early which made it even more convenient for us. Alfredo was very careful to lay drop cloths over the wood floors and he even took his shoes on and off when he went in and out. Our house is almost 60 years old so none of the walls are really straight and neither is the floor. Alfredo did a great job of masking this with the tile. It looks absolutely fantastic. Both Alfredo and Michael were a pleasure to work with and if we end up doing tile in the kitchen they have the job.

Elite Tile did an excellent job. Michael was very responsive to my initial requests and providing estimates. Then, the job was started on the exact day promised. Moe was the lead technician. He also did an excellent job. Very precise and thorough. Moe and his team worked very h****** some very long days to get this job done in the time-frame they promised. Tile work is not cheap, but the job Elite Tile did will last a very long time and was well worth it. I would recommend them to anyone looking to get tile work done.

I can honestly say that this was a very pleasant experience for a change. Michael came after I called and gave me an estimate very quickly. After we agreed to have them do the work he called and gave me their schedule and told me when they would be available to start. Alfredo came when promised and was very punctual. He did the demo and cleaned up each day after he worked. He installed the tile and did a beautiful job. At my request he installed baseboard and the toilet since I still have not purchased a vanity. The job went smoothly and the results are wonderful. I would definitely call them again.

I gathered estimates from a variety of tile installers to finish out two bathrooms of size in marble - Floors, Showers, Walls, Baseboards. On February 7th of 2014, Michael Yazbek, of Elite Tile Systems, came to my home to provide me with the estimate. While I found Michael to be polite, courteous and professional, I was not confident that Elite Tile Systems could complete the job to my satisfaction. The estimate was extremely low, lower than every other estimate that I received and considerably less than the company that I ultimately hired. Which begged the question, is the price too good to be true? Yes, for a proper marble installation with intricate detail work, the price did reflect such an install. However, had I been installing porcelain or ceramic tile, I would have been happy to hire Elite Tile Systems.

The quality of work was perfect. We even called him back to perform additional projects. He installed our bathroom vanity, hung the mirror and toilet paper holder, installed the sink, faucet, "touchless" toilet bowl and the related plumbing for an additional cost of $420. He also cut to size our new baseboard molding. It's perfect. The price was great and he is extremely neat. We highly recommend him.

Diego of Elite Tile Systems is a true professional, in every sense of the word. The tiling of the laundry room was on my husband's to-do list, but with his schedule, it had been years since we had bought the tiles. Diego leveled the floor the first day, cut the tile the next and grouted the following day. Not only that, it was an excellent job.

I was very impressed with Michael; he was responsive, very friendly, took the time to answer all of our questions, and seemed very much like he knew his business. For reasons completely un-related to the actual remodeling, we weren't able to move forward on the project, but that had nothing to do with Elite Tile. Based on everything that I'd experienced from my interactions with Michael, I think that the project would have gone smoothly.

Elite did a magnificent job. Agustin was the actual installer, and he was excellent. We had several different styles of tile and accent pieces. This included granite, paper-faced glass, porcelain, ceramic, and travertine pencil. Agustin did a wonderful job on everything. He took his time and made sure everything looked great. We have received nothing but compliments on the job that was done. I would highly recommend Elite to do any tile job, and I plan on using them again for any tile work that I need to have done. They were timely with everything. From coming out to give an estimate, providing a written estimate for each and every piece of the work, to coming on time every morning until the job was complete, I have absolutely no complaints. Agustin even stayed late several nights trying to complete the work in the timeframe that I wanted.

Diego was an absolute professional. His pricing was excellent, has a great attitude and professionalism, and most of all the work was flawless. We are now hoping he will do additional work for us in Hoboken.

Professional, accommodating, high quality and service-oriented -- that's how I would describe working with Elite, from scheduling to install. We have remodeled three homes in three different states now, and this has been by-far the best service we have seen. We started with a smaller tiling project at this current home to assess them for more major installations, and we were absolutely pleased with their work quality and professionalism. I found their prices in line with the other companies I quoted with, in the middle actually. We will be working with Elite again. I highly recommend them to other home owners.

Originally contacted Elite Tile almost a year ago and Michael came out immediately & gave us a quote..He was extremely professional but then I decided not to do the bathroom remodel till now and contacted him again ..He came out right away and has been very responsive to all my emails, helping me with the tile and giving recommendations for shower doors etc. Now just waiting till he can fit it into his schedule ; cant wait !

They were good, easy to work with, came in and did the job and left. They did an excellent job and provided excellent craftsmanship. I thought their pricing was a little high.

They were fabulous and knew what they were doing. They were diligent and I am really pleased with the work. They were not the cheapest, but their references were the best. I think you pay for what you get and I think they are a top company. I probably paid a little more than I would have paid getting someone else. Tiling my porch was very unique, talking about how to keep the moisture out from under the floor boards.

We've used Elite several times in the past and this installation was just as easy as the other ones. After our carpenter finished the cabinets, we contacted Michael at Elite who came out to the house for a quick look at the space and he provided a quote within a day. We were flexible on the scheduling of the installation since we expected it to take less than a day. He called back within a few days and said that it would be scheduled. The installer showed up on time and had suggestions for how to install and finish the tile. Everything looked great when he was done and he cleaned his area very well. As usual, they provided us instructions for allowing the tile to cure before getting it wet. Another fine job.
