Michael responded promptly to my request for an estimate to repair the tile floor in my shower. After I sent some pictures of the repair needed, he was able to respond very quickly to get the repair done. He wanted to do the repair in two stages - one day to glue the tiles down and the second day to do the grout. He came the first day and meticulously cleaned the area and glued the tile in place. Today he finished the job as scheduled. I was very impressed with his knowledge and the care he put into the work. It looks great. I will use him again if I need any additional work of this type done.

We weren't expecting to have to have the floors in our downstairs replaced, it was a very stressful situation but from the moment Michael visited our house to assess the situation he made us feel like everything would be okay and he was absolutely right! His team did great work, they were very professional and Michael stopped in every day to check on how things were going. We couldn't have had a better experience.

They were excellent to work with and very pleasant. They took the time to answer all the questions we asked. They completed the project in just 3 days. The quote was reasonable and fell in line with other quotes we had received on the project. They arrived on time and each day they cleaned the area before leaving. We asked for the tile to be laid in a particular pattern and they did an awesome job of laying it, which took skill. If I need the services of a tiler in the future, I would not hesitate to contact them again.

I hired Elite Tile Systems to remove all the old floor and tub-surround tiles in my main bathroom. They did a fabulous job! Michael Yazbek, the project manager, was incredibly responsive and helpful every step of the way. And the price was very reasonable, in fact, lower than some other bids I had. The crew was friendly and professional, and got the job done promptly and with no unnecessary delays. They also had great recommendations for an electrician and a plumber, both of whom I will use again. I would hire Elite Tile Systems for any other tile work I might need in a heartbeat. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

Michael and team are amazing to work with. We have used them twice now for all three bathrooms. Professional and pleasant to work with, and the pricing is competitive. I would pay a little extra to work with them again, the team works with you to understand your needs before taking one step and the end product was perfect.

Superb job from start to finish. The project manager Michael was very responsive, always on time and providing clear communication. He addressed all of my concerns and made some great suggestions. He was truly awesome - could not have asked for a better project manager. The installer, Dorian, did a great job. The quality of work was exceptional and everything was perfect including the smallest details. All in all, I could not be more pleased with my new tile kitchen floor.

Wonderful company--excellent customer service, straightforward and direct, experienced. They do what they promise to do and do it well, even when they find the unexpected--rotted wood in the shower framing. Very impressed with their skills. So glad we found them, as they were the only company who understood what we wanted (replace shower floor). The other companies wanted to do a complete remodel at 3x the cost and time. They cleaned up at the end of each day and explained the schedule. Michael, Project Manager, is very attentive and responsive. Highly recommend.

I had previously used Elite Tile Systems for a similar repair 12 years earlier. I contacted them and Michael (my technician) replied and made an appt to examine my shower. Michael came out, examined the shower, discussed a couple of possibilities with me, and we agreed on a solution. The repair was scheduled for a week later. Michael came out as scheduled and made the repair (new backerboard and replacing loose tiles). He applied drop clothes to the entrance way of my home to facilitate clean-up. The repair was made as expected and Michael was very courteous and professional throughout the process. He also applied grout to missing areas in/outside the shower as a complimentary service. I am very pleased!

The tile was installed at a competitive price. Baldomero and the rest of the crew started when they said they would, worked carefully and hard to finish the job, cleaned up when finished and did excellent work. The floor is beautiful! This review is long overdue! Diego retiled two bathrooms and our entire kitchen floor and backsplash in August. He was always quick to respond, was transparent about pricing (which was very reasonable), very professional, and did an excellent job! We were so impressed and so happy with the results. He was also a pleasure to work with. We would hire Diego again in a heartbeat for any future projects. Anyone looking for tile work should definitely hire him!

Diego communicated all the details needed for the project upfront and was honest about the pricing. The pricing was reasonable as well. Diego was timely, courteous and professional. His work was excellent, I will attach some pics. I would recommend him to anyone who needs tile work. Definitely would hire him again! In fact pretty soon for my bathroom remodel.

Two men came and worked on the project. The were friendly an professional. I had a relatively complicated pattern and tile shape. They did absolutely beautiful work! I could not be happier.

Jayson, the installer is one of the nicest people we've met during our house renovation process. He was very professional and detailed with his work. We had old 70s flooring removed, toilets replaced, a vanity replaced, and tile installed -- all through Jayson. We can't recommend Elite Tile enough!

I couldn't be happier with the tile work completed by Diego at my home. He was very professional and showed up each day exactly when he said he would. When he took apart our existing shower floor, everything was rotted, moldy and in pretty bad shape. He cleaned everything out and built a new shower floor from scratch. The original shower pan was not installed correctly and water was able to penetrate the underlying wood. We were lucky we didn't have a leak to the floor below. Diego competently rebuilt the shower properly, rebuilt the saddle under the shower doors with new pieces of marble and tile I had lying around in my basement, installed new tile on the floor and lower shower wall and reinstalled the original shower doors. He even carried the glass shower doors down the stairs and out to the front yard so I could thoroughly clean off the hard water stains and mildew. We love that the shower now looks like one you'd find in a spa--so clean--and the water drains perfectly which will prevent a lot of issues in the future. Diego also replaced a small area of my kitchen backsplash that had been bothering me for years. It was originally installed improperly, so the tiles didn't line up correctly. I chose a beautiful glass tile in a herringbone pattern that happened to be very difficult to install. Diego did an amazing job and proved that he is a true artisan! He even took the time to cut small little triangles from the tiles so the spaces were not too large. The end result is perfect and I love it! I would 100% use Elite Tile for my next tile project and will recommend to my friends.

One of the best experiences I have had with a contractor working on my home. Punctual, polite, and did an excellent job. While this was a relatively small job, they gave their full attention to it and did not treat it like a small job. Top notch in every way!
