I wanted to have my shower stall completely renovated. Michael was punctual and very responsive. His team arrived when they said they would and did a very thorough and professional job removing the old tile. They installed a new shower floor and replaces part of the rotted subfloor. They were neat and cleaned up after themselves.

The tile work is gorgeous; Jason is a true craftsman and was a pleasure to have working for us. He was very meticulous and exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend Elite Tile.

Everyone was punctual and knowledgable and Michael kept me up-to-date via email during the entire process. I had a list of questions and all were answered patiently and clearly. Their responses helped me decide how to remodel in a way that made more sense than what I thought I wanted. The crew (Dorian for plumbing, Jayson for tile) did a great job with everything; they even stayed late one night so they could finish up the next day. In addition, they unexpectedly had to replace some of the plumbing and did it quickIy and competently. I plan to have them come back out to redo my guest bathroom floor in the future.

This is our second time using Elite Tile. The first time they remodeled a bathroom. Loved the job they did then and just as pleased this time. This is our "go to" company for any work we need done. So wonderful to find a quality company that you can trust to do an excellent job at a reasonable price.

We used Elite to install backsplash in our kitchen. They did an excellent job and the employees were great to work with, professional, responsive and friendly.

Diego put in a new shower for me @ 2 years ago in my master bath and I was so pleased that I called him back to install a new backsplash in my kitchen. His estimate was spot on, he arrived on time each day, cleaned up at the end of each day and finished when he said he would. My new backsplash is beautiful! I am so pleased with Diego and his work that I will also be hiring him to install a new tile floor for me as well. Don’t hesitate to hire him!

We recently had Elite Tile Systems upgrade one of our bathrooms and our kitchen fireplace and we can’t say enough about how great our experience was. The crew that came in to do the work, in addition to being highly skilled, were extremely courteous and went out of their way to make sure they caused as little disruption as possible to our daily routine. The project required a lot of demolition of original tile resulting in a lot of debris and we were quite pleased about how clean they worked. They laid tarps and coverings on all the floors and stairways leading in and out of the house, closed doors while working in the rooms where work was performed and when they left each day, you hardly noticed they had been there. The project manager was here nearly every other day checking on the progress and the quality of the work being performed. They were very exacting and precise even correcting problems that they discovered with the previous work from when the house was built. Overall, we highly recommend them.

I received a quote on early 2016 but did not pick a tile until mid 2017. When I finally found the right tile, we ordered it and set up a time to install. Since I picked natural stone, there was an extreme variation in the color from the sample. The tile was partially installed before I realized it would not work. Elite took it down for us and waited until I found replacement tile. It took a little while to get back onto the schedule, understandable, but when all done, the installation was beautiful. I was not easy to work with, and questioned every step of the installation. I finally gave up and left it to the pros. Our cabinets were not level with the counter, etc., so it was not an easy install. Bruno was the installer, and he actually made recommendations to use a better quality tile supplier, which worked out perfectly. Michael was the quote person and go to guy, and he handled me with extreme patience. I highly recommend them. Top quality work.

Start to finish manager Michael and installer Jason were professional, timely as well as reasonably priced They helped with tile selection, pick up and returns, bathroom / shower design. The tile was done exactly to my plan . They left the house clean and were always friendly & accommodating. These guys are true artisans.

Michael as the project manager and Dorian who was the technician did the actual work. They were fantastic! They had a plumber out immediately after demo and had that work done in one day. Dorian cleaned and organized every day before leaving and he was spot on every day with what he would be getting done. The work was beautiful and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out. After the job was completely done, we noticed two small spaces in the grout where there were gaps. Dorian was out within a couple of days to take care of it. Very professional and trustworthy. We'd recommend them to anyone.

This was an exceptional experience. We gathered several quotes a year before and then ended up going with no one for unrelated reasons. When we restarted our search for providers, Elite Tile honored a year-old quote. The job was done to exceptionally high quality. When it comes to installing marble tile, there is natural variation in the tile color, and he carefully arranged the pieces to an optimal match. I was surprised by the attention to detail. He even fixed our door latch and toilet paper holder before he left.

They did an excellent job. After the job was completed, there were several tiles that, due to their pattern, appeared as though something had been spilled. Even though it was no fault of their's and we were willing to pay them to set new tiles, Elite returned and set new tiles at no extra charge! We plan to use them again to tile our two other bathrooms.

Overall it went well. We had a plumbing issue during the work, but Elite Tile was patient and worked with us in revising the timeline for the work they were doing. The workers did a good job cleaning up during the work and after the work was completed.

This company is the best. The quote was the lowest of 4, they were punctual, courteous, and clean. I will be contacting them for my next tile job.

Michael from Elite Tile Systems measured and provided the quote, and Bruno did all the backer-board, tiling, grouting and trim board work. We are very pleased with the results. Bruno laid tarp over all the floors he had to traverse in doing his work, and cleaned up the work area at the end of each day. He did an excellent tiling and grouting job. One regret: We wish we had used the same grout in all the rooms, but did not know about pre-mixed stain-resistant grout until after the baths were done. We used regular grout in the baths (which I had to seal later) before learning from Bruno about the pre-mixed grout, which we had him use in the kitchen and laundry. Besides being stain resistant, pre-mixed grout keeps its color better than regular grout. Sealing the grout was not hard and I got both baths done in under an hour, but it would have been good to have used the pre-mixed grout throughout. All our tiled rooms look very good and we are pleased with the work Elite Tile Systems did for us. We can recommend them for tile work.

Diego was amazing! The work was impeccable, completed ahead of schedule, and the price was just as quoted which was very reasonable. But what really put me over the top was Diego fixed a few of the doors in my house that weren't closing properly. Diego is invited over to my house any time because he always leaves it in a better condition than he found it!

Michael responded promptly to all emails, was incredibly patient and understanding when we needed to postpone the tile installation a couple times due another project dependency. Once we were ready, Bruno arrived for the initial project review and provided some very helpful planning adjustments. Bruno's work is outstanding and far exceeded our expectations. The precision of the mitered corners is remarkable and gives the appearance of a more substantial block and a very clean, modern look. We originally expected to place bullnose strips along the edge to transition back toward the wall, but he suggested the mitered corners instead. The project has dramatically transformed the living room and we love it. We're hiring them again for three additional projects. Very happy we found them.

Elite Tile Systems did a great job repairing the destruction done by my leaking tiled shower pan. Everything went smoothly from beginning to end. Michael, the project manager, coordinated the entire job and was very responsive to questions that I had about the job. He provided me with a written cost for the job, which was accurate when the final bill was due. Michael was a pleasure to work with. Bruno, our primary technician, was prompt everyday, professional and courteous. He was very skilled in all aspects of the job. He was also very neat and cleaned up the area under construction prior to leaving each day. The project took 3 days to complete, which was less than I anticipated, given what was involved. I tend to be a do-it-yourself repair type person, but I am SO glad that I hired Elite Tile Systems for this job. I could never have done what they did and get it right. They did a great job and I would highly recommend their work.

I'm very happy with the entire project. Elite Tile Systems handled everything from ordering the tile to sweeping and cleaning up when finished. The installer was professional and hard-working and did a good job of keeping the work areas clean and organized. The end result looks great.

Diego did a fabulous job. He was well organized, meticulous and didn't bother us at all while he and his team went about doing their job. His experience and skill was very evident in the final analysis. He is one of the contractors that you rarely come across these days. We would recommend him any day to some one who is looking to replace their tiles.

It went terrifically! Bruno was on time, professional, clean, courteous and skilled!. It was a fantastic job done very well and when I do my next tile job I will only use Elite Tile. We had to coordinate the installation of the new granite countertop and the tile job and Elite Tile were very flexible to meet the dates so we were without a kitchen for only the day he tiled! He removed the stove and microwave and replace them perfectly. He cleaned up well after. Wonderful is all I can say from the estimate to the completion.
