They were quick to come out and look at our project and give us a detailed estimate. Although the price was a little higher than what we had expected, they came with good reviews from others and we decided to proceed. The project took awhile to complete because it was smaller and we had to get worked in to their schedule. We were very happy with the quality of the work and the bathroom looks great!

This company is very professional, efficient and timely. The work was complete in a weeks time, we never expected it to be done so fast! I would definatly reccomend Elite tile to anyone that wants beautiful time work done!

We had no problems at all. The job went smoothly. We did the tear out and put in the new toilets ourselves. When we had trouble with the second toilet leaking Elite came back with their plumber and put in in for us. These guys are true artists with tile.

The work went very well overall. The Elite Tile team is good about checking about options when a question comes up.

In general we were very pleased with the outcome. Our only complaint was it took longer than we hoped to get the project started. From the time Michael came out to assess the job until the time we got his estimate via email was 10 days. From the time we agreed to the job until they actually started was almost 2 weeks. But once they started they worked diligently throughout. Two men came an did the initial demolition, and then one man, Mel, did all the work constructing of the sub floor, shower pan and liner, and the laying of the tile. It looked so nice that we decided to have the bathroom floor redone in tile as well. The actual work took a bit longer than expected, but this was because the water damage was more extensive than we all anticipated. The glass reinstallation went as planned, but because it involved using another company, it took another week to get this back in place. The shower looks quite good, and we were able to find some old original shower tile so that part of the repair matches the original tile. The new tile, which was not as bright white, was separated from the original white by a block of colored tile. The workmen were pleasant and hard working, and tried to keep the dust to a minimum. We count ourselves lucky to have found this company. We felt the price was fair, and the quality of the work very good. We would not hesitate to recommend Elite.

Diego arrived when he said he would for the estimate. He was very thorough - measuring the entire kitchen. I showed him the tile and grout I had and informed him of the pattern I wanted on the floor. He provided the estimate. We agreed on a date to start and the crew was here when they said they would be. First thing was to remove all the appliances out of the kitchen than they had to rip out the old floor which was vinyl on top of cement board and hardwood floors. After taking out the old floor they installed the new cement board and then the tile and grout. The molding was installed and the appliances moved back into place. Overall the job they did was outstanding. The time and care they took to do each task was amazing. Along the way they were very informative. They were very professional. The floor looks great. I would recommend this company everyone. They are very good at what they do and customer focused.

We had our kitchen and sunroom tile floor replaced by another contractor. Daily we would have to point out issues with the quality of the workmanship, but our contractor told us we were too particular and this is how a tile floor should look. 3 months after competion of the job, we noticed the tiles moving when stepped on and the grout was crumbling out. We called Diego to look at the floor and he told us it needed to be redone. He was extremely professional - never commented on the quality of the previous contractor's work. When we spoke we thought it would be Diego and his partner installing the floor. We were surprised and, after our first experience, a bit concerned when two other installers came to replace our floor. Diego reassured us they would do a top-notch job. Boy, was he was right. Before starting the job, Agustine spoke with us to set up a schedule as to when they would arrive and leave each day so not to interrupt our schedule. They explained the first thing they would do is put a fan in the window to blow dust outside. There was significantly less dust in our house compared to the first contractor. Agustine and another installer (unfortunately I don't know how to spell his name) did an unbelievable job on our floor. Not once did we have to have them correct any issue. Each day they cleaned up their mess before leaving.The floor is so perfect, it doesn't even look like the same tile that was set previously. And, they did it in 1/3 the time of our first contractor and for less money. Can't say enough good things about Elite Tile. Wish we had known about them before replacing the floor the first time around.

The double shower in our master bedroom was leaking when we bought the house, so we hired a company to remove the tile, replace the sub-floor and re-tile the shower. Within 2 years it began to leak again, so we decided to do it right this time and got 3 bids. Michael Yasbek showed up promptly at the appointed hour to give us an estimate. After surveying the job, he agreed that the sub-floor needed replacement and wrote an estimate for $1500 for labor, and I supplied the materials. We agreed on a date of 2/27 to start the job, but he called in early February and wanted to move it up to 2/20 if it was OK with us. It was, and he called twice to confirm that we would be ready with the materials. His follow up skills are excellent, and he was a great help to me by guiding me through all of the materials necessary to do the job. I hadn't realized that it was much more than just tile and grout. At 9:00 on 2/20, Michael arrived and shortly thereafter, Bruno who was to do the work. Bruno was great, because he explained to me at each step of the demolition what the previously company did wrong and basically educated me on the proper way to build a shower from the ground up. There is an incredible amount of detail that goes into a tiled shower to keep it from leaking like folding the shower pan where it comes up the wall and not cutting the corners and placing small stones around the drain to keep the weep holes from becoming filled with concrete. Every morning Bruno arrived at 9:00 and worked a full day. I really appreciated this because the previous contractor would work part of a day, then take off to work on another job, leaving us without a shower for 2 weeks. This was not the case with Bruno, and within 4 days he was done and we had our shower back. Elite Tile systems was great, and I would use them again if I had to remodel a bathroom or re-tile a shower. They have my highest recommendation.

This project was started with a quick home visit followed by an on the spot quote. Once work began, the workers were professional and took pride in their work. They were there when they said they would be there. When they packed up for the day, they left the site clean and neat each time. Michael Yasbek, Diego Camacho and their crew were responsive and courteous to our requests throughout the project. Overall, great work! We will call them again for the next tile job.

I was very happy with Elite's work. They arrived when they said they would. The project ended when they said it would. I had many estimates and Elite's was the most reasonable for what I was getting. I liked that the estimate was for labor only. Elite also allowed us to get a discount at the tile shop. I had a pretty good idea at the beginning how much it was going to cost. Its good to see a company put pride in their work and not rush to get to the next job. I would highly recommend. The only downer is that they book up early and we had to way 3 months before they could start.

We couldn't be happier with the job that Elite Tile Systems did. Diego came by and gave an estimate for the work to be performed. He pointed out that the estimate was for labor only; tile and materials were not included in that estimate. He suggested some alternatives for selecting tile, and recommended a local location with a good selection of higher-end tile. He also recommended someone who could install a custom glass door for our shower. After selecting the tile, Diego came back to our home to review our tile selections, recommend the amount of tile that needed to be ordered, and set a date on his calendar to perform the work. Diego and another member of his team, Mike, arrived promptly on the scheduled day. They made a lot of effort to minimize dust and debris as they did their work. They did a very clean job of removing tile -- we were worried we might need to repaint some of the wall surrounding the tub backsplash and baseboards, but they were surgical enough in the removal that the new tile covered everything and no repainting was necessary. Diego puts a lot of care and attention to detail in his work. He made small suggestions to the tile layout and design -- I believe all of his suggestions were enhancements to our original ideas. There was no "bullnose" tile available in the style we had selected. As a result, Diego had to sand off and trim tile around the outside border to our shower. The result actually looked better than standard bullnose tile, and it did not affect his labor estimate, even though this was not part of the original plan. A couple of days, Diego worked late -- until about 7pm -- to get the work done. This was fine with us, as we were happy to get the work done more quickly (if you have strict hours of the day that you need for them to work within, you may want to discuss this with Diego in advance). In the end, our bathroom and shower were completed even faster than promised. I haven't found any problems with the work that was done. I'm a person who cares a lot about attention to detail, and I think Diego's care and attention to detail exceeds my own. It really looks beautiful. Summary: They did a great job -- much better than we had even hoped. Diego's ideas improved the design. Diego stuck to the labor estimate that he provided up front. Diego and Mike were punctual, polite, and worked hard to complete the job on schedule. There were 3 sources of costs: Ordering the tile and new shower fixtures -- I placed this order in advance of the work and therefore knew the costs; Diego pointed to me to a source for quality tile at a good price. Labor estimate - Diego provided an estimate well in advance of the work, and the final bill exactly matched the estimate. Cost of materials (cement board, plywood, new shower drain cover, etc.) - Diego made it clear these were separate from the labor. I didn't request an estimate for these materials; in the end, I felt the costs were very reasonable, and receipts were provided. If you want to budget for such materials, you may want to ask Diego to help estimate them before the job begins. If you want to remodel your bathroom and you care about quality, I highly recommend Elite Tile.

When we started talking about redoing or regrouting the shower, we had absolutely no idea who to contact. Our next-door neighbor had told us about the tile installer that he would NOT recommend, but we did not know of anyone who could recommend a good tile installer. We looked it up on Angie's List and noticed Diego's info and ratings. We were encouraged by all of the wonderful comments about him, so we contacted him for an estimate. My mind was made up within 5 minutes of meeting Diego - if his estimate was good enough, he was the one to do the job! I was very impressed by his friendliness, professionalism, and honesty. He laid it out for us - regrouting only (due to complex shape of tiles) would run about 1/3 of the cost to tear down and rebuild the shower. I didn't even get any other estimates - I was pleased with the price and with Diego! The entire job took four days, and I believe the main reason was because of the high-quality work. Everyone we met was very professional, and they left the bathroom tidied up and cleaned up every night. We would not hesitate to recommend Diego and his crew. We are overjoyed that we were able to find him through Angie's List!

Turnkey job- quality was great. Removed floor, toilet, doors... installed tile, reinstalled tile/molding and cleaned up. Would have been a fantastic job... ecept for the unexpected bill for $130 for materials. It was not clear that his original quote did not include sundry materias... like cement board, screws, bucket, sponge, toilet seals etc. I knew we were providing tile and grout, but Diego never clarified that his quote was ONLY labor and that we would pay for EVERY material. While price was still fair, it left us with a sour note on this job. I think he should provide an ESTIMATE of installation materials on his future quotes to avoid misunderstandings in the future and he did not seem terribly bothered that I was suprised by the extra $130 bill.

We had an older and poorly installed ceramic tile floor and backsplash removed and replaced with a beautiful new porcelain floor and marble backsplash. Diego and Mike were both great and very upstanding guys. Diego spotted the shoddy work that had previously been done and even though he had to go out of his way he did things the way they should have been done when our house was built. My wife and I are both thrilled with our new (and properly laid) floor and backsplash. I would not hesitate to use this company for any tile or stone installation of any type in the future.

He was in and out of our house over the course or a week and during eaach visit was extremly personable. the kitchen looks fabulous and we are very pleased with his work. we highly recremend diego for the job...we plan to have him back to do several more projects.

I had Dynasty Builders repair loose tile in a shower floor and re-grout. The repair went OK, but the grout job looked bad. I then hired Elite Tile to redo the grout on the shower floor. The results are beautiful. My mistake not asking them to do the job in the first place! Diego is courteous, punctual, careful, and he and his assistant do quality work at very reasonable prices. What more could you ask? Will definitely call them again.

The install went very well and was completed timely. All installers were polite and courteous. Each day the site was left as clean as possible. I would highly recommend Elite Tile to my friends for their renovations.

The job was done fantastically, very professional. We couldn't have been more pleased!! Will definitely use Diego again when we redo the kitchen counters!!

Diego came out to give me an estimate and discussed my concerns about the vinyl flooring and squeaking of the kitchen floor. I was also concerned about making sure our new tile floor would not crack due to the floor not being level. Diego also looked at the ceramic tile samples and we discussed the pros and cons of 12 inch versus 18-20 inch size tiles. We also discussed patterns that the tile could be laid. Diego measured the floor and gave me an immediate estimate of $1500 to lay the floor. My husband and I would choose our tile and pay for it. Diego mentioned that if we bought our tile from Best Tile or The Tile Shop, and used his name, we would get a 15% discount. Regarding cement board or Dytra board, I decided to go with Dytra board for a more stable floor. The materials cost around $700. Diego took 3 days to install the floor. He removed the old vinyl floor, screwed the loose plywood to eliminate squeaking and laid the tile with the grout that I picked out. The floor looked amazing. Diego returned the following week to apply a grout sealer to the floor. Only negative was debris from job near my front water faucet outside. I guess he cleaned his tools there and some white paint-like substance got on my Duke Gardens Plum Yew and in my grass on the other side of the driveway. I would not hesitate to recommend Diego. He is a top notch tiler and does quality work.

Diego showed up on time to make an estimate and his estimate was very competitive with others who priced the work. He scheduled the job about two weeks out, called to confirm, and was there to start work at 8:30 on the scheduled day. The job took five full days. Diego and his helper were unfailingly courteous, professional, and careful, and cleaned up the job site. The finished tile work all looks great. Diego was even able to salvage a specialty tile with an inlaid pattern by cutting the diamond-shaped pattern out of the middle of the tile and inserting it in another tile - excellent detail work. We have no complaints, got our money's worth, and would definitely recommend this company.
