Description of Work: Mel did a FANTASTIC job tiling my kitchen floor. I purchased all the materials 4+ years ago. The tile has since been discontinued and I had just enough for the job. It was extremely tight. There was NO room for error. In the end, I had literally ONE tile to spare. Talk about pressure. Mel measured and planned everything out. We had a plan B in case something went wrong. Mel's careful planning and meticulous work paid off. Additionally, there was a bad bag of grout. Mel and Michael noticed that it did not look right. They stopped work and consulted me. Complete professionals.

Description of Work: Michael and Alfredo are a great team. We had our hall bathroom completely renewed/renovated. Michael gave us the initial estimate, timeline and reviewed the job as the project progressed. Alfredo did an excellent job on the tile work which including installing a new subflooring, an accent strip and a niche. Both Michael and Alfredo consulted with us all through the process and provided advice when we requested it. These guys are experts at what they do and their advice was on the mark. The project was very well done and it was completed in a timely fashion. The overall cost was within $100 of the initial estimate. I would not hesitate to recommend Elite Tile Systems.

Description of Work: The Elite Tile team were punctual, professional and courteous. They put tile in our three bathrooms and did a fantastic job ! They even removed the toilets and re-seated them after the tile was set and dried. They put foot round on the edges as well. We asked then to handle the toilets and the molding as a last minute change. A new estimate was generated by the next morning, agreement was made and the added work got done without issue. This has been the best experience we have had with any contractor EVER!. Mike and his team did everything they could to make it easy for us. The work was done quickly too and that was important since we went from 3 usable bathrooms to one. We were so pleased that we would recommend Elite Tile to anyone needing tile work done.

Description of Work: Michael was very responsive through the process of getting the work scheduled. The work had to be scheduled around the installation of doors which took longer to come in than expected. Alberto, who did the tile work, was great, easy to get along with, punctual and precise. It was a great experience.

Description of Work: Diego removed some existing sheetrock around a new tub that was installed. Furnished and installed the cement board along with the 3"x6" subway tiles for the 3 walls around the tub as well as the ceiling. Diego was the first person to respond back to our request and was very easy to communicate with. He just knew exactly what needed to be done in order to make the tile work just plain beautiful. Both my wife and I love it, we have had our share of contractors work in our house over the 20 years we have been married and I would have to say, thinking back, that he was the best one we have ever had. I think the work area was cleaner after he was done then before he started! He showed up when he said he was going to. A true professional and a nice person.

Description of Work: Removed the old tub/shower enclosure, tile floor, commodes. Framed for a walk in shower and installed tile, tile floor, commodes. Workers were professional, always on time, courteous and performed as promised. I would use this contractor in the future.

Description of Work: Removed tile and retiled shower. Punctual, helpful- picked up all supplies for me as I was out of town, emailed receipt and added to estimate. Looks great!

Description of Work: Elite Tile Systems replaced the tile floor in my laundry room after I had to get it removed due to water damage from an unrelated plumbing problem. They were very accommodating as I had a tight schedule and a limited window to have the work performed. I also had the extra request of using Schluter Ditra under my tile which Elite was experienced at installing (not all tile guys are). Diego did an excellent job demoing, cleaning, and installing the new floor. I know he went the extra mile to make the job right and he did it the way it should be done. I know because I installed the first floor and appreciate what it takes to do it right. Even though i'm experienced at laying tile, I would call Elite Tile Systems again because I know its worth my money to have them do an excellent job.

Description of Work: Elite Tile renovated our master bathroom, including removing the old tile and shower, preparing the new shower walls, flooring, garden tub walls, completing all necessary plumbing work (shower, tub, toilet), and installing new tile floors, shower, and tub surround. They did excellent work and were always the utmost professionals.

Description of Work: This company was able to tile my new screened deck within my deadline (I was having a party). They were really good. I will use them again for more tile work I would like to have done later.

Description of Work: We had Deigo perform several jobs from tiling floors and backsplashes. Due to the face that we had a newborn and couldn't be completely without a kitchen for several weeks, he worked with us and did them in pieces so we could have a somewhat working kitchen. I highly recommend his work and dedication to finishing our job.
