Description of Work: Replaced and painted rotted siding on approximately 3 sides of house, replaced an exterior door and replaced other rotted wood around the house. They were great to work with and were even nice enough to assist me with finding someone to replace carpet on inside of home. There were several days when the weather channel got the weather forecast incorrect which caused a few scheduling issues but other then that it went very smoothly. I would definitely use them again!!!

Description of Work: Carolina Exteriors did a patch and paint job where they replaced approx. 30-40% of the siding/ trim on my house and painted the entire house. We fielded several quotes and theirs was the most professional and reasonable. They were professionals through and through, providing a very detailed proposal, payment schedule, and kept us abreast of the timing and start date based on weather. They even provided a port-a-potty and work could proceed even when no one was home. We are very pleased with the results. A few things future customers might make note of when they read their contracts: they don't paint doors (except garage doors), they use Sherwin Williams paint (so you should go there to get color swatches / codes), and you will pay 90% of the cost of the project before they complete the entire project. They do not have an online payment option at this time, so be prepared to write four checks at various stages of completion. We will definitely use them again in the future should the need arise.

Description of Work: Garage repair: Fixed rotten boards, exterior painting, re-roofed, added gutters. Price was competitive, and they used quality materials. Communication and helpfulness of owner/foreman was good. Disappointed by trash and paint splatters/spray left all over backyard when job was finished. Painters did idiotic things like painting around an AC unit instead of moving it or asking us to move it, painting doorjambs and windows shut, or painting doors late in the day and telling us we had to leave them open overnight if we didn't want them to stick. I'm not leaving my doors unlocked and open all night! Were contracted to fix some damage in the roof, but caused damage while they were re-roofing which they didn't fix until we called them back out. Guy came to fix it at 6pm and didn't bring anything with him, so he had to use our ladder, our tools and our wood to fix their mistake! After that and some touch-ups on the paint trim that we finished ourselves, we're happy with the garage, but it was frustrating at the time.

Description of Work: Resided a 4 unit apartment building. A minor issue with clean-up and some touch-up but, in general, a very positive experience. Punctual, polite and great follow-up......

Description of Work: Clifton and Gayle are awesome to deal with. |They did a fantastic job on the Roof, Siding and Windows, front deck was a little high priced for the Job. New shingles/ New vinyl windows/ James hardie plus siding. |Replaced screens and screen door on back porch with vinyl sliders and fiberglass entry door /vinyl lattice added underneath both porches |Front Deck and rails replaced. | |The initial clean up could have been a little better. I've always believed in clean as you go or when finished for the day. | |Overall I would recommend them against any other contractor.

Description of Work: The Carolina team replaced 12 windows, a complete re-roof, and all siding and trim were replaced with coloured hardiplank. Clifton and his whole team including Lewis and the crew led by Jorge were outstanding! I would use them again in a heartbeat!

Description of Work: We had the siding and trim on our 20 year-old house replaced with Hardie Plank products. We also added a front stoop and new front door system. The color "Woodstock Brown" looks fantastic with the white trim. Our neighbors have been very impressed with the results. We feel we made the right choice when we chose Carolina Exteriors to perform this project.

Description of Work: Replaced siding on back of house and painted. Workmanship was good but there were too many people involved in the job. It took a long time because of the weather and became complicated for me because I wasn't really sure who to address issues with. Painters seemed to be doing their own gig apart from general supervisor. Was forced to argue with them about the paint color. I got the feeling it was too big an outfit for me to want to use again. End results were good though.
