Carolina Exteriors was professional, clean, and did outstanding work! From the consultation with Andy to working with Mark, our project manager, we had a great experience from quote to completion! Recommended to neighbors and family!

Excellent job all around. Even the tenants were visibly impressed with the quality of the work, the industriousness and friendliness of the workers, the neatness of the working spaces and the cleanliness of the yard when the project was completed. The foreman was on top of every little detail, he communicated daily, and he did not quit until everything was just right. The cost for this project seemed reasonable for the amount of work that had to be done. They are at the top of my list when the next outdoor project comes up.

I thought that most of my windows had broken seals and had to be replaced. Steven Parisi came to my home to give me a quote. It is with pride that I say he looked at my windows said the seals were not broken. I couldn't believe there was a company that would actually admit that I didn't need their service. He was wonderful, polite and gave me the name of a company that could fix the one window that had a little break in the glass. I will certainly use this company if I ever need the services they provide. Thanks Steve!

Posted a description of the job on line. They replied and I again described what I wanted. They advised me to call and set an appointment for someone to come out. They said they are currently scheduling 3 weeks out. When I called. they asked me to describe the job again. It too small, they advised me to call mr. handy man. Why couldn't they say this in the initial message.

Excellent communication which is a huge bonus and not always the case in renovation projects. Love the website and DAILY logs/emails which include pictures. Project Mgr was on site every day and was very easy to get in touch with quickly. Siding crew deserves an A+! Overall paint crew ended up doing a good job, just needed some touch ups--which they did without question. Impressive considering heat and amount of work that had to be done. Would hire again and again!

After 20+ years of the southern exposure in our home, six wood framed windows needed replacement. We contracted with Carolina Exteriors to replace these windows with new PlyGem vinyl windows. From the first visit to provide us an estimate for the work through the delivery and the installation of the new windows, we were very happy with the prompt and professional work of each of the Carolina Exteriors' staff. And also we appreciated the clear communications from all throughout the process. Thanks!

Resided whole house with aged pewter and white trim. Looks Great. Some of the neighbors are envious which was one of the goals. Very impressed with the workmanship. Front railing is super sturdy. It was a lot of work but crew was great and exceeded expectations. Carolina Exteriors handled all the accessory work such as gutters, windows and chimney cap without me having to do anything.

Deck construction went well, with some patience on our part. The company was busy, and we were out of town for 3 weeks, but in time it got done. . The work was very professional and well supervised.

Our project included siding/wood repairs, exterior painting, adding two sections of gutter and replacing a few windows. When the project started, we were really impressed with the professionalism and cleanliness of the crew, and especially the daily updates and photos in the client portal to let us know what had been completed and next steps. Very well....CE PLUS did exceptional work, and each of the teams (roofing, siding, deck) was very efficient and considerate of our household during the entire project which required nearly 3 weeks. The crews were very hard working and absolutely professional and skilled. The Job supervisors were very responsive to any concerns or questions we had and communicated daily both in person and by email, providing us with a daily progress report that included photos.

As planned. Kevin, Wesley, and the entire CE team did a great job. We already have 3 more large scale projects lined up for them.

Exceptionally well run organization that did an outstanding job on all levels. Clifford (owner) came to our home to give an estimate. He was very professional, knowledgeable and answered all our questions. The estimate was precise with considerable detail. Lewis the project manager showed a great interest in our job being done to our specifications, he was very responsive and personable. In 30 years of home ownership I would venture that Juan and Mario (who did the work) were the best workers we have ever had. They were extremely meticulous, communicative, timely and did a phenomenal job. I really can't say enough about their workmanship and attitude. The office is also very well run. The end result is an enormous improvement in our home's appearance.

Excellent! Honestly, Clifton and his team were stellar from start to finish. We felt that the pricing was competitive and, in some cases, better than other quotes we received. Ultimately, however, the determining factor for going with Carolina Exteriors Plus was not solely based on pricing - we really felt confident with Clifton and his commitment to making sure the job was done professionally. The project process/time-frame was clearly laid out and followed closely. We had no "surprise" charges along the way due to the communication before and throughout the job. Our on-site project manager, Jeff, was accessible, responsive and kept us in the loop. We really felt as though all of our questions/concerns were addressed and that the job wasn't complete until we were 100% satisfied. From initial quote to final walk-through this was just an overall great experience!

First let me say that I never take the time to review workers because I have very high expectations and I expect the best. For the first time in 13 years, a company I hired has done exactly what they said they would do and were so professional throughout the entire process. From meeting with Cliff to working with Lewis and his crews, to communicating with Gail, everyone did A+ work. Communication was top notch and I felt like their top priority was doing their best and making sure we were happy. If I had a question or a problem, it was addressed respectfully and professionally. I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about this company. I highly recommend Carolina Exteriors to anyone looking to do work on their house - you will not be disappointed!

Although we chose another company for the job, this company provided a solid proposal. The tie-breaker came down to the winning company having a project manager and crew ready-to-begin at an earlier date, and we were eager to begin.

They were very good. The process was good. The estimate was free. They came out measures and spoke with us about additional options. Even when they gave us a quote they gave us brochures because we were doing some work on the porch. They gave us different options of what we could do, and that was helpful. The work that we had seen at that price was very competitive. The communication was very good. The gentleman was very nice, patient and understanding. He answered our questions. He was very responsive, it didn't take him long to come out and do the estimate. They were on time. He let us know when he was on his way. They were very professional.

We needed new siding on our house and noticed a company was working down the street on their house. So my husband stopped and asked for a quote. We were so blessed when we found this company. Carolina Exteriors completed our siding without any problems. They were very professional and did a super job! I highly recommend Carolina Exteriors! Couldn't ask for a better company!

We were so pleased with this company. They were so professional, friendly and aimed to please the customer. They addressed any concern I had before and during the project. After each phase of the work, your project manager walked the entire house with you and you looked at every detail. If there was any concern it was taken care of with a can-do attitude. I have worked with several contractors, both large company and independent small companies and Carolina Exteriors is far superior. I value excellence and they delivered. I recommend them highly.

Carolina Exteriors Plus gave us a competitive bid, suggesting some modifications to our thinking which made a lot of sense to us. Chas did a great job of scheduling so the jobs could be completed in a short block of time. He also ensured that materials were on site as needed. Kevin was superb at supervising the work, and communicating with us--and the work crews--all along the way. The work crews--roofing, siding/trim, painting, and gutters--were courteous, communicative, efficient, and all did superb jobs. The work got done on schedule, with only a few punch list items, as most touchups were done as soon as we pointed them out to Kevin. Due to careful examination of work to be done initially, there were few change order items and few costs beyond the initial estimate. We are glad we chose Carolina Exteriors for this work.

Flawlessly. The major supervisor came to check in on all phases of the work. The installers were so quiet, and perfect. All windows were installed in one day! Two of the windows had 'problems', replacements were ordered, then installed. THEN the painters came and painted the frames so the entire window was wonderful, new glass, new windows, and newly painted frames. No high pressure, only fast, flawless delivery of exactly what we wanted.

Very well. I enjoyed working with the project manager. I also liked the illustrated estimate. It was very detailed and specific.
