Description of Work: Fixed a sticking deadbolt lock so it would easily open and close. Very courteous, knowledgeable, friendly. He arrived on time, introduced himself and then asked me to show him what needed to be done. He did the needed work quickly and before leaving, demonstrated what he had done and how the lock was working properly. The lock probably works better than it did when it was new about 25 years ago.

Description of Work: They were expensive, but I dont know if that's industry standard or not, so its wrong for me to say. They were professional and they realized they could key the rest of the locks to the house like I wanted. So they didn't lie. I would say they are pretty solid. They had an oppotunity to lie and they didn't so that's pretty good in my book.

Description of Work: I called Apex Lock and Key when a rear door on my home which I use everyday would not open. The owner gave me a quote on the phone, gave a time to arrive and promptly fixed my problem. He was courteous and professional and I have had no problems with the lock he installed. I would certainly use him again.
