On the day of the service, I had a last minute conflict and William was incredibly cordial, allowing me to reschedule for the next day. He was punctual, worked quickly, was very neat - I can't say enough!!!! William also offers a discount to Angie's List members. I called Apex Lock and Key in the afternoon on Thursday, and scheduled the work for 8AM on Friday. William described the costs over the phone so I was clear on what to expect. He showed up on time, made the changes to the locks and provided me with the keys needed. He was very professional and got the work done in a short amount of time and all keys provided were checked as working. I also received the Angie's List discount. Excellent experience all the way around.

Just bought a new home and needed the locks re-keyed. One of the doorknobs was also very loose and wiggly. William was great! Extremely friendly and courteous, he was able to fit me in the very next day after I called him. His quotes over the phone were exactly what he charged me and he was very fast (did the entire job in a half-hour).

They do great work. I never expected a locksmith to be so professional, polite and punctual, but he was all of these!! Our technician fixed the back door dead bolt where we had tried to install a new one ourselves, and had done it incorrectly (and consequently had a big hole in the door in the middle of February). He saved us from having to get a brand new door because of our own rookie mistakes. He also installed new dead bolts on all the other outside-entry doors of our house. Would highly recommend!

They could not come out because they were so booked up, but they gave me the name of somebody that was reputable that could come out. They were fantastic, so they were really nice and they told me exactly what I would need and all that.

I used their services two times and I was very pleased. The locksmith was able to get the work done pretty fast. He gave me a discount and also a repeat customer discount which was really good. So this was the second time I had him out. He was very good. He was careful when he came inside my house. He was extremely nice and didn?t make any kind of mess in the house. He had his truck and he went out to figure out how to make a new key. He didn?t really stay in the house except to do the replacement which was very fast. He was very courteous, professional, polite, honest and considerate. I was pleased and I would call him again. I would definitely give him an excellent grade. The price was fine and he did charge a fee to come out, but the total amount was totally reasonable. I didn?t really compare his prices with any other company since I had used his services before and I thought that he was very reasonable then. He provided 5 keys for the locks and 1 key to operate all the locks. It was just part of his service. If you go to a place where they make these locks or keys, then they probably charge around $10. That was really like an added value. The quality of his work was excellent. My new door handle and key wasn?t working properly and he took out a part and discovered that it wasn?t fixed correctly. There was a tiny area which wasn?t fine and now it?s fine. He told me about how to keep my locks working well about once every three to six months. He told me to have the locks lubricated because locks dry out when not used. That was new knowledge for me. I don?t have anything negative to say about him. I would definitely use his services again in the future. I wouldn?t mind giving my daughter the same recommendation.

I contacted the company after regular business hours, yet was still able to get someone on the phone. I needed to have someone come the next day, because I had additionally locked a utility room that turned out to have no key, and had service people coming the day after that who would need to access that room. The appointment was set up for 4:00 the afternoon after I contacted the company. They were on time, pleasant, and professional. I was quite pleased with the quality of the service as well.

Great. Was several minutes early. Job was done quickly, efficiently, and effectively.

Called after 5:00 p.m. New Year's Eve thinking I would get an answering machine and was surprised that the phone was answered by William. He provided me an accurate estimate over the phone and scheduled us for the following day (New Years Day!). William was on time and very professional. It took him about an hour to change the locks and made sure I had checked every lock worked before leaving. I will use Apex Lock and Key again and highly recommend them.

The process took about an hour and prevented a return trip home of 6 hours.

I was very happy with Willy. He came out on a Saturday morning, and the whole process took around an hour. He ran a little late, but called ahead to make sure we knew he was on the way. He was efficient, friendly and thoughtful.

Unfortunately the email bounced and I had to call back to get his correct email address. I sent off the note and pictures. A few days later I called again to see if he had seen my email.He said he had and would respond to me by email or call by the next day, but I never heard from him. I spent enough time on this and had to move on to someone else right away.

William was prompt, arrived early. Resolved the problem quickly in a professional manner. Recommend him highly.
