I have referred them to our neighbor because they had the same problem. My pipe had burst because I didn’t remove it and store it in the garage over the winter. I wouldn’t say they were pricey because I was paying for my neglect, so for the time and labor that they put in their pricing was reasonable. It could have been $485 but because of some valve other problems, due to my neglect, they had to sort of start from scratch. The person that came out was kind and considerate, thorough, and explained everything to me; he was just amazing. I am going to go ahead and do a yearly thing with them where they do an annual winterization; I am going to do that every fall, and between October and November they are going to come out and it is going to be $85.

I have been a client of Advanced Irrigation since the company was formed and will continue that allegiance to them after today. They moved some sprinkler heads for us to accommodate some new construction but apparently one head was missed. One business day after being notified, Dave and his crew were at my door to rectify the situation. Great company, great crew and they do excellent work. Use them!

I think they are excellent. They just seem to show up when they are supposed to and they quietly go about their work and then leave once done.

Appointment was scheduled for between 8 and 10. Dave and crew arrived at 8:40. We just bought the house last winter so we had no idea where sprinklers were. Also, the driplines were almost totally destroyed when we had the front and side of the house re-landscaped. Dave had to move or replace several sprinkler heads, mostly because of the new landscaping. They also completely replaced the driplines along the front and side of the house and placed new driplines down each side of the front sidewalk. In the back yard, they removed several driplines that I did not want. When they checked the irrigation for the back yard, they could not get it to work. After much effort, they discovered that my fence people cut not only the pipe but also the wires to all three zones. Dave and crew even had to chip away concrete in order to reach the pipe and wires to repair them. The total job took them almost five hours. Dave and his crew were at all times very professional, polite, and completely cleaned up where they had to dig. They kept me very well informed of what they were doing and why. I am very impressed with their work and definitely would recommend them.

We moved into a new house and there seemed to be a leak in the irrigation system. I found Advanced Irrigation Repair and Lighting on Angie's List and called to see if someone could come out to look at the leak. They informed me that the company was in the middle of winterizing their customers' systems in preparation for a winter storm we were expecting in the next couple of days. Told me it was best, at this time, to shut off system and remove the backflow part for winter. This would stop any leak and then the problem could be addressed in the spring. The company was great about working me into their schedule and they emailed me their service plan agreement so I could decide if I wanted to have them simply winterize my irrigation system or sign up for a complete year long service plan. They took the time to explain the pros and cons and I decided to sign up for the service. When the technician arrived, he discovered that our system does not have a backflow valve. I discussed the cost of installing a backflow valve in the spring and was told I would receive a discount because I was a service contract member. Advanced Irrigation was very helpful and professional. I look forward to a continued relationship with this company.

They had illegal aliens do the work for starters. They cut the roots of our favorite tree in our yard, a willow, and it started to die after they left. It was completely dead in two months. I requested for them to cut it down and they refused. I requested for them to pay to cut it down and they refused. I requested for them to grind the stump and they refused. I requested for them to pay to grind the stump and they refused. I requested for them to fix my broken spicket and they refused. BBB complaint filed as well.

I stayed home from work and they showed up a little after noon. Got out of their van, looked at the broken spicket, got back in the van and sat there for 20 minutes. They never came to the door and drove off. I got a call a few minutes later stating that they would not do the job!

Initial contact was delayed since calls went to voice mail and "telephone tag" continued for a couple of days. However, after we finally connected service was prompt, thorough and professional.

This was my first spring in this house that came with an irrigation system. They came out on short notice and did a spring startup for me. They replaced two broken sprinkler heads, replaced a broken testcock on the backflow preventer valve, and made adjustments on several sprinkler heads. They reprogrammed the timer for me and showed me how that was done. They were professional and did an excellent job. I will always use them in the future when I need work on my irrigation system.

I attempted to adjust a sprinkler head which was shooting water too far and was basically watering my street more than my lawn. However, in doing so, I broke the head and I needed to get it fixed asap because I couldn't use the system. I called a few irrigation repair companies and they were either more expensive than I thought I wanted to pay or they could not come to do the work for a week or more. When I spoke with Advanced, they went out of their way to fit me in their schedule the next day. The owner of the company came by on his way home to service my system. He and his assistant went right to work and fixed the broken head. Then they looked at the performance of my entire system which includes four stations and 16 sprinkler heads. They adjusted the ones that needed adjusting and replaced two of the heads with ones that put out more water to correct a problem I was having with grass that was burning up even though I was watering it. They also found another head that was broken on one of the stations that I don't use regularly. I can't say enough about the professionalism and efficiency of this company. They also provide landscape lighting and I plan to use them based on my very positive experience regarding my sprinkler system.

Extremely efficient, prompt and professional. I could tell that they knew what they were doing. My system works now and the spray heads water the area that they are intended to water.

The crew was very friendly and professional. They completed the repairs and replacements in a timely manner. Since the appointment was near the end of the day, I was pleased that they completed the job which meant that they worked into the early evening. Everything was tested and adjusted before they left. I was very pleased with the work and the manner of the servicemen.

We called them and they came the next day. They had to dig down 4 feet to find the leak and they kept going until they did. They investigated the situation and dug 4 feet until they found the leak which was in the main water line to our home. They usually do not do these sorts of projects but were willing to go above and beyond to have this fixed on that same day! The Price for the repair was very reasonable. They were nice and easy to get along with. I have a contract with them and glad I do.

I was very happy with their work. They called ahead to see if they could come earlier than the appointment since they finished another job early. It was great for me since I had even more work than they expected. To fix the leaking mainline, they had to dig up my front sodded lawn and were very careful. All the pieces fit back very well. When I asked about fixing other problems that I had, they made great suggestions and explained exactly what they would do. It's clear they are very customer-oriented. I told them when they left that I'd call them for any other work and would recommend them to my neighbors.
