First Appointment was to be between 11am - 2pm . I got a call on the morning of the appt. after I had already cleared my schedule that the appt. would be delayed to 4pm-6pm. I can accept that, but then I got a call that there would be a $75 charge for the estimate. So I cancelled them coming out at all. I have a job that would cost a couple thousand dollars and when the appt was first made, there was no mention of charge for the estimate. They may be an okay company for fixing and repairing, but the $75 charge being mentioned after that fact and at the 11th hour is indicative of a company who is not upfront or honest about costs and the way they do business. This leads one to think they might strategically withhold information about unseen charges and then hold you hostage to pay once you are in the middle of the job. Essentially, it is an issue on integrity. This company may not have any.

After receiving several quotes for the above work, I hired Advanced Landscape and Irrigation to perform the work. Overall, their quote was fair but based on the fact that some individual items were higher that others, their total price could have been lower. That said, they were very professional and friendly. They where here and performed the work exactly as they said they would so I would definitely hire them again. Regards, Ken

This was a great experience. We had major gaps in our knowledge of in-ground sprinklers so could not repair a number of problems with our system. These guys were recommended by someone who works in the field. It did take some time for the appointment, as they are quite busy. They called before the time of our appointment to say they would be arriving at the tail end of the appointment window (we were their last call of the day, so it was not an unexpected development), but that worked to our advantage. Three guys showed up in 2 trucks (including the owners of the company). They listened to my issues, then got right to work. They had the proper equipment (rather expensive, as I?d tried to purchase it myself) to locate buried controllers.They located all of them. I thought I had ripped up some of the system?s wiring; they examined it and assured me it was not sprinkler wiring (though we remain uncertain what it?s for). They identified that the excess water consumption from one of the circuits did not require any service, just a correction of the time programming (they took the time to show me how to do this correctly from A to Z). They also made some recommendations for cutting our water consumption, which is impressive since they acknowledged we are ?ultra-conservative? when it comes to water use. If the work you need done is within there ?wheelhouse?, HIRE THESE GUYS. They?ve got my future business.

Fast, well done, fair price

I have been using them for over a year now. They are great. They are very professional and they provide the services that I need. When somebody cuts a wire on the irrigation, they would come in and fix that for us. They are always very available to us. I have not had issues with them.

So far it is good. Customer service is good. Very good to work with. They stand by their warranty.

I wanted to get an estimate for expansion/repair of an existing irrigation system, but was told I would need to pay $75 up front for a service visit first. I'll keep looking. . .

I had a problem with my irrigation not working properly. Their technician came out the next day to identify the problem quickly. They are very pleasant and even took extra time to show me how to work the irrigation panel myself. They went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with what they did.

We are required by the Town of Apex to have our backflow preventer valve inspected annually. I called quite a few of the approved vendors and found that prices for the inspection and certification went as high as $150. Advanced Irrigation Repair performed the same service for $50. They were very easy to get in touch with, courteous on the phone and arrived when promised. We will definitely being using them again next year, and will strongly consider Advanced Irrigation if any other issues come up in the future.

They were excellent. I've used them for a while - I would say 3-4 years. I would use them again but I moved out of their service area.

They were very polite and extremely prompt, did the work in short order. A bit pricey though.

They were very knowledgable about irrigation systems. Ours was not installed efficiently so they were able to figure out problem areas that we were not aware of. I would use them again and I would refer them to others.

I had water coming off of my pool deck, going back underneath the deck and lifting my vinyl liner in the pool Several contractors suggested that I install a French drain around the perimeter of the pool to resolve the problem. One contractor gave me a quote of several thousands dollars more than I paid to install a 6" French drain. This contractor also was going to charge me extra for moving and reinstalling my in ground watering system. However, Advance Irrigation indicated that this large a drain was unnecessary for the type of water flow I was experiencing and that a 4" drain was more than sufficient. The Advance Irrigation crew arrived promptly at 8 a.m. and using a sod cutter, cut the sod around the pool and hand dug the trench approximately 18" in depth, installed a 4" perforated French drain and covered it with 12" of gravel. Advance Irrigation also disconnected and reinstalled the in-ground sprinkler system at no extra cost to me and then restored the sod back on top of the gravel. The work was done in approximately 6 hours by four workers. They were all highly professional and answered all my questions as they worked. It has been about two weeks since the work was done and it appears the drain appears to be working (my pool liner has remained in place despite some recent rain). I have used Advanced Irrigation in the past and will continue to do so in the future. The owner, Dave, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about this type of project and personally made sure I was satisfied with the end result.

They took care of everything and pointed out areas where new heads were required. Adjusted them all and we were very pleased.

Every single person I have spoken to or met from Advanced Irrigation has been extremely polite, prompt and thorough. I can not say enough good things about them. They do get busy and I have the feeling some summer nights they work very late, but they do what they need to do to get the job done. a+

They were very good. They knew what they were doing. They were very polite. I would certainly use them again. Their pricing was reasonable. There wasn’t anything that I think they did wrong.

They did a very nice job. They dug up a section of broken sprinkler pipe and replaced it. Now my sprinkler system is working again. I was happy with their professionalism and they came out quickly.

I called to schedule the appointment and was told the $75 service call would go towards the first hour of work. After the work was performed I was told this service charge was only for minor work. 90% of the damaged pipe area was already exposed but regardless I do not understand why the $75 service charge was not put towards the final bill. I will likely not use them again because of this issue. After questioning the leader on the job about the charge it appeared that most of the time the $75 service call charge would not be applied to actual work on the job.

Could not be better! Tuesday the owner came and showed me what needed to get done. As busy as they are this time of year Advanced showed up at 9 am this morning. They dug out the leaking valve which was not up to code anymore, replaced it with new one. Then without charging extra Advanced ran a test for complete system and made sure all was working correct. Showed me how to winterrize the system and done! in one word? FANTASTIC!
