Description of Work: We had scheduled an appointment for April 3rd with them to look at our roof. They never showed up or contacted us. We had to keep calling them. |They finally appeared another day during the next week when we were not home. |They gave us an estimate on the phone but we would not use them because they were so unprofessional.

He provided me with pictures of damage areas that allowed me to see the work that was completed. I am very pleased with his professionalism and prompt completion of my roof. I would hire him again. In fact, I didn't, upon completion of the roof I contracted him to provide replacement windows in which he completed in one day with a very professional installment.

 + -1 moreOur roof was damaged in a hail and wind storm. I called Gary Matthews of Matthews Roofing, and he came by within 1 day of calling to provide an estimate. During the estimate, I had several questions, which Gary answered patiently and thoroughly. Within a couple of days, my wife and I decided to have Matthews Roofing replace our damaged roof. After contacting Gary, he provided a timeframe of when his crew could work on the roof of my home, which was the next week. Just as described, the Matthews Roofing crew arrived on time and worked diligently for 2 days to complete the roofing job. Gary provided warranty information and sent in the transferrable warranty and commented on when I should receive the warranty from the shingle manufacturer. The roof replacement iooks great and the quality of the materials and the skill of the workers combined to give us a very nice looking roof with the peace of mind in having a new roof. I highly recommend Matthews Roofing.
Description of Work: Matthews Roofing removed the old shingles from our roof, replaced the felt paper and shingles, and cleaned up immediately afterwards. The roof looks great!

 + 0 moreGreat Experience. Workers showed up on time and cleaned up after themselves daily. They completely stripped all of the old shingles off, showed us some spots on the roof that needed repairs, completed the repairs and installed attic fans, new exhaust boots and great looking shingles. They also put new shingles on the well house to match the home. From start to finish, Workers were very professional and the end result was a roof that passed our expectations.
Description of Work: Replace shingle roof, installed new attic fans, replaced roof vents and replaced gutters.
