I chose Mulloy Land Surveying based on its reviews on Angie's list after a previous surveyor (recommended by a friend) let me down. Tom was quick and efficient. He took just a week from my contacting him to doing the job. He surveyed my property -- which is in an old neighborhood and therefore potentially fraught with difficulty finding old markers placed up to 100 years ago, etc. -- in less than one day. One follow-up day required 1/2 hour of work placing markers. Communication was excellent; Tom did what he said he would do, when he said he would do it. If something came up and he had a delay (1 day in my case), he promptly called me to reschedule. Tom has a cheery attitude and was friendly with me and my neighbors while he conducted his work. The product was excellent: clear and prompt . I had a plat (paper and electronic version) of my property within about 2 days of Tom starting the survey. Price was $50.00 or more less than the quotes I had received from other surveyor companies. Stellar job and great value. Very highly recommended.

Wow what a pleasant experience .....Thomas communicated well and showed up just as he said he would ..... He worked hard and efficiently using a variety of interesting looking high tech equipment.... He displayed confidence, professionalism and was personable. He happily answered any questions i had and left me knowing I had made the right decission in choosing Mulloy Land Surveying. I rarely recommend any business these days because it reflects on me if the work is not done right .... but in this case I Highly recommend Thomas Mulloy ... and I have every intention of calling him again when I have a Surveying need in the Future.

I called Mr. Mulloy inquiring about the cost of a survey, he took my address and info and said he would need to research and would call me back with a quote. He called me the next day with the quote, which was a little better than others I had received. We set up a date within 10 days for him to come out and perform the survey. He was there on time and worked for several hours. It turned out our property had not had a survey in years and some of our corner markers were missing. Mr. Mulloy informed me he would need to do some more research and would have to come back out another day. He asked me if I was in a hurry for the results and I advised him I was not. He came back 2 weeks later and staked the corners of our property. Within a week I received our map by mail. Everything appears as I expected and I am happy with his work. I would definitely recommend him to others.

I called Mulloy Land Surveying after looking on Angies List and saw his prices were more reasonable than the others and he had some of the best ratings. I called the same day, he called back that afternoon and quoted me $450 after driving by my address. He said he would be able to come out next week, which I believe he was out earlier than that. I missed his call, but he came by anyway and started his job, he came back the very next day to redo corners. I received the map within the week. Overall, he is very punctional and makes sure everything is done correctly (he was out about 4hrs the first day, then about another half hour the next). I feel like with the time he invested in the one job, it was well worth the money, and his prices seem to be lower than his competitors which is a plus. I am pleased, now all we need is the fence, the dog, and the tree house.

Mr. Mulloy was easy to reach by phone and very accommodating in scheduling an appointment. He was at the home conducting the survey when we arrived and worked diligently to find the necessary pins to set the stakes for our property line. He was courteous, focused and knowledgeable. He did an excellent job and we appreciated his timeliness, knowledge and expertise. A very easy person to recommend to anyone needing a property survey. Not to mention that my Great Dane liked him alot!

Thomas was on time and provided an accurate survey of our property. We did not have a survey done at closing and felt that it was important. He was courteous and answered any/all questions we had. His service was outstanding and I would recommend him to anyone.

Well, there was a slight dispute regarding the property line. All parties were present. Tom did a great job. He has excellent customer service skills and manage the situation with finesse. My neighbors intend to use his services as well. I highly recommend him. Thank goodness I got him. This prevented a street and drive from being built on my property.

They did the job they were supposed to do. I was not there when they did the job, but I am happy with their service. They did come highly recommended which why I chose them.
