I couldn't have asked for better service with a smile! This was a rather complex project on difficult terrain – steep, heavily wooded slope, thick with poison ivy. Due to the road paving and widening a few years ago, only a few corners remain in the neighborhood. Even so, Mr Mulloy was prompt, courteous, and every bit a professional as he took on the challenge and happily answered all my questions. I received my survey quickly and his pricing was more than fair. I've recommended Mulloy Land Surveying multiple times since and will continue to use his services.

Great service, quick and friendly. Received maps a week later, it was very helpful to see property lines, since they ended up being different than what I and my neighbors thought they were.

Tom is the ultimate professional. He was responsive and quick with our initial email exchanges and provided a complete timeline and explanation of his services. He provided a sound and reasonable quote but also shared that there could be additional costs as the most recent plat of the neighborhood was completed in 1927. Although this did not materialize, we appreciated his upfront and honest approach to find the best solution. He arrived on time as scheduled to complete the survey and was thorough, methodical and answered all of our questions. We would highly recommend Tom and would utilize his services in the future if the need arises.

A wooded lot next to me that had not been built on during the 10 years that I had lived in my home was suddenly bought and I needed to make sure that their survey lines were correct. Tom had said over the phone that their survey was probably right but as I will be selling my house within the year I decided that I needed to be sure and would have the rest of the property surveyed as well. Tom was able to come out promptly and did a very professional and complete job. He was extremely knowledgeable and patient and explained to me that I actually owned 40 ft of the land on the other side of my house that I had thought belonged to my neighbor. He marked this quite well and detailed it on the printed survey copy. I feel like this will definitely help with the sale of my house and I would recommend Tom to anyone needing to have their property surveyed.

Mr. Mulloy was very responsive to my call and followed-up with an appointment. He confirmed the appointment prior to arrival. He was very pleasant and performed the task in a professional manner. Tom Malloy was great. He replied within a few hours of my email on this holiday weekend Friday. He looked up my deed, which was 50 yrs. old and not legible and advised me that the original surveyor might cost less and be the best person to deal with the illegible deed. He then provided me with the name of the original surveyor. Even though I didn't use him in this particular case, I will certainly use him next time and I highly recommend him to others.

I need to verify that the location of a new garage construction was at least five feet from the property line. Tome performed a complete lot survey and marked the property line near the location of the garage. The finished product that he provided was an excellent drawing of the complete property including the location of all structures, drives and sidewalks. The drawing is very professional and complete. I requested the services of Mulloy Land Surveying to identify my property lines, and to provide the necessary survey (and set-back) information needed to build an addition. Tom Mulloy, of Mulloy Land Surveying, was prompt with returning all of my emails and calls. While confirming my appointment, Tom was friendly and professional. He asked for clarification of my needs, and he made a point to express what surveying services would/could be provided. He also directed me to his website to view a sample of his work. Prior to my appointment, Tom perused our property, and gave us an estimate for his services. Though I was initially disappointed that I had to wait a while before he was available to do the survey, I soon understood why. Tom is exceptionally knowledgeable and thorough. On the day of my appointment, he arrived at my home, confirmed my expectations for the survey, and then he went straight to work. Tom answered all of my impromptu questions with patience, and he gave me informative explanations about the markers placed on our property. After taking the care and time to collect the necessary information, and (even) hacking through some thick brush to place the appropriate markers and stakes, Tom spoke with me once again to tell me when I should expect my survey. Within a couple of days--a very quick turn-around--I received my survey (as promised) in the electronic format requested by my draftsman, and I received the "hard copy" of the survey a short time after. I am very pleased with the survey I received from Mulloy Land Surveying, and I would definitely recommend Tom to others.

Tom was very clear and professional about dates, time and fees on the phone. He then drove past my property and called to ask if it "wouldn't be less expensive" for me to use the last surveyor who had filed with the county. As I wasn't certain if the most recent survey (the one used at purchase) had been filed, and wasn't certain where I had put it, I asked him more about the job and fees. He said he would have to charge me $350 for the boundary line. For $100 more, he could survey the whole property. As this fee is in line with the going rate here, I asked him to do the whole survey again. We have a town sewer line easment boundary on our property. Before I call the town to see who is responsible for mowing, I wanted a clearer idea of the line. I told him the truth; many folks drive past our little house and don't bother coming to appointments. So I wanted him to have the job, as he called two times and drove past. Tom actually arrived a little early the day of the appointment as the weather was worsening. He got the job done very promptly and explained his work to both my husband and myself. He noted the survey I had with the sale of the house was good, but it had never been filed. I asked if he could file this recent survey and he stated he would have to charge me a little fee of $75.00 as the county requires a certain type of reproduction, etc. I said ok and feel conffident he will get this done. He offered to send me a bill before I had to pay, but I gave him checks. Our boundary line is now very clearly marked for future driveway and fence building.

I called Mr. Mulloy after seeing his ratings on Angie's List. I had called numerous other surveyors before who either did not return calls or their costs seemed outrageous. I had left Mr. Mulloy a message on Angie's List on a weekend and also called his office on Monday. He promptly called back with possible survey date and pricing. We scheduled everything through voice mail messages. He was there the exact times he said he would be to do the survey. I had bought the house as a foreclosure and worried parts of the property (such as the septic system) might not be within the boundaries. Mr. Mulloy took the time to show me each marking for all sides of the property. Everything fell within the boundaries. In 6 days I received all the paperwork and the bill from Mr. Mulloy. I would recommend him highly to anyone needing a survey done professionally and at a reasonable price.

After calling a few surveyors, I decided to go with Mulloy. Tom provided the fastest response and the best price by far. He arrived on site when scheduled and did an excellent job of surveying my property. The survey plat showed not only the boundary lines and house location, but also walkway/driveway locations, large tree location, neighbor names, and elevations. More than I expected.
