s I've used them a lot and have owned rental property in Missoula for over 20 years - I wish I'd found them sooner. I've had a lot of work done with Bill's and they are fast, professional and reasonably priced. I've called them for emergencies, remodels and installation of new HVAC equipment. The last time I needed a new furnace and water heater I decided to get other bids - in case Bill's pricing was no longer in line - and all the other bids came back higher. I recommend Bill's plumbing.

He figured out why the plumbing was leaking in the basement. Turns out there was a water softener hooked up that wasn't even being used. Probably hadn't been used for years. But because it was hooked up, the filter eventually gave out, causing the leak. We thought it was going to cost a lot more than what we spent! Awesome service!

Very informative and explained what was wrong and what was required to fix it.

We tried Bill's on recommendation from some contractor friends to fix a problem at a rental. They were a bit more expensive than we expected, but on time, professional and got done what we needed done promptly. We have since used them at another rentals and were again satisfied.

As usual, they were prompt ant courteous. Turns out, our heater is made by a manufacturer that they cannot service. No charge yet left with a smile on his face. We'll call you again!

Went really well. We have an old house with somewhat shoddy plumbing, and when the toilet stopped up, I tried three different kinds of plungers and a toilet snake. No luck. Called Bill's, they were over very promptly and had it un-stuck in just minutes. He even suggested a specific toilet brand that might work better in such an old house. Would definitely call them again.

We also consulted with them about a plumbing problem. We were happy this their service and will use them again.

I was very impressed with them. They were quick reliable and they cleaned up when they were done. Their prices were very reasonable.

The call went smoothly from start to finish. No complaints.

Had a plumbing project which needed repair but not emergently. Bill's came in a timely manner, had me sign a long contract agreed to pay for the visit and a number of services. Their estimate was 3 times more than the plumber that I eventually used. The young man who came to assess the situation was arrogant, overcofident in his knowledge and almost dared me to find someone else to fix the problem which I did. This was several years ago and I don't remmber the specifics, however, it was clear that the form, and policies were institution wide, I would not consider them again

He said it was a simple job, did it in ten minutes, and refused to charge us, only asked us to remember him for larger jobs. We will. What a refreshing change from plumbers who charge a $75 minimum for any job.

When I called, the dispatcher told me that Bill was in my area (I live about sixteen miles from town) working on another job, so it would be convenient for him to come to my house that day. She said they charged $35 minimum service call, which would be deducted from any labor necessary. My furnace tries to ignite at least three times before it runs, which I explained to him when he arrived, however, it ignited normally twice when he was here. He took out the filter, told me it was filthy and that was probably the problem. Then he inspected my toilet tank which wouldn't stop running, the second reason I called him. He put a little plastic fitting inside my toilet tank and told me whoever installed it didn't know what he was doing. I asked for the bill and when he told me, I reminded him of the information his dispatcher had given me. He told me she just says that all the time. I was very flustered and trying to write a check, so I don't remember just what he said. He made a remark about how much his time is worth and how inconvenient it is for him to come this far. He also commented negatively about the dirty filter and the fact that someone had installed the toilet part improperly. The furnace still has to fire three times before it runs, except when I turn it on first thing in the morning. Seems like the temperature needs to get quite low before it runs properly. That's my story and I'm sticking to it!
