BEWARE CUSTOMERS! This greedy unconscionable man installs $800.00 Water Heaters for $2350!!!! Two wires and a water line. 1hr of work. Then he brags about how cheap he is compared to other plumbers. As if to say : "Hey, I'm not the only crook! We're all crooked! He pushes for cash with a $150 rebate, so it will stay off the books. I feel it is my obligation to let the community know what kind of deceiving, unprofessional guy this is, who's preying on unsuspecting customers in an emergency!

EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL, OFFENSIVE, and DEROGATORY! Unprovoked, he said my wife and I had "NO COMMON SENSE" and "ASK THE MOST ******* RETARDED QUESTIONS", and hung up on me after asking a basic question about work to be performed. He does not know the brand of the products he installs. Overcharges for a part he says will fail in less than 4 years. Way to stand behind your products you sell. Said the water heater came with 7 year warranty, only has a 6 year warranty according to manufacturer. We hired Bill to do a basic water heater install. During the install, he insisted we install an anti-scolding valve per code. Okay, that's fine, but when my wife asked if it was a Honeywell brand valve, he said "Never heard of them". After the install, we looked and there is a large label on the valve that says Honeywell. After the inspection was done, Bill called and told us we need a new chimney liner. I said, "Okay, but don't we have a chimney liner?" (which we do). He literally exploded on me, saying "YOU AND YOUR WIFE ARE THE MOST EDUCATED PEOPLE WITH NO COMMON SENSE" and "YOU ASK THE MOST ******* RETARDED QUESTIONS". He followed up by saying that "I'M NOT DOING ANY MORE WORK FOR YOU", and abruptly hung up on me. I deeply regret hiring Bill in the first place, and his customer service is the worst I have ever experienced by any company, period. His unprofessional, and completely unprovoked reaction to a basic question was completely INAPPROPRIATE and UNWARRANTED, not to mention extremely politically incorrect, offensive and derogatory to the disability community! Shame on you. If I could, I'd give Bill zero stars. He'll NEVER get my business again, and I'll make sure I tell everyone I know in Missoula and the surrounding area of my experience so they don't make the same mistake either. He is unworthy of my business and yours.

Knowledgeable, professional, had right equipment, quickly solved problem. Cleaned up when finished. Charged low end of his estimate.

Bill is fast, friendly, clean, fair-priced and takes on the drain clog/cleaning projects other plumbers don't want to do,

I felt taken advantage of, he saw me exhausted with an infant child and knew I would pay the amount. In addition he quoted $2000 dollars to replace three toilets in my house.

They were very good at working with my work schedule when it came to getting Bill to my house. When he came, Bill was very professional and matter-of-fact about what was wrong with my plumbing and what would be the best course of action. After that, he quoted me a price I felt very fair and told me what it would cost if certain things had to be replaced during the job. When Bill went to work, I kept out of the way, and it was done in about an hour or so. The work was well done and actually looked like proper sink plumbing; and my garbage disposal now works! I'm very happy with how he worked and explained the pieces of the cost to me. Definitely will be calling again for my next plumbing need.

We own two rentals in Missoula and Bill is our go-to. He's fast, friendly, and puts up with the renters' dogs.

Never had a heat pump before our cabin and did not realize I could not leave it at 72 and go out for the day when external temps hit 100! Came back and unit not working and furnace not blowing a lot of air. Called Bill in the morning - he returned my call and said he did not service my town any longer (farther from Missoula) but asked what happened. I explained what I did and what I could see. Bill proceeded to tell me exactly what happened to my A/C system (not just the heat pump but the furnace unit as well) and the exact steps I needed to follow to correct the problem. Did exactly what he told me and went fishing for the day while the system thawed out. Came home, turned the A/C back on and everything was perfect! No cost, no waiting for someone to arrive - just easy to follow advice that corrected my problem. Was only in town for a few days and temps reached 105 so I am very grateful Bill was able to help me out.> Thank you Bill.

Bill was timely, prompt, and professional. He explained every step, gave me an accurate estimate before starting work, and offered additional advice to avoid the problem in the future. A positive experience all around.

Services were not done because of the flooring.

They saved me a lot of money. I was told that my furnace and hot water heater needed to be replaced due to flooding in my crawl space. The first contractor wanted to charge me over $1000. Bill came and checked and said that they didn't need to be replaced, they were fine as is.

Arrived quickly (and called to say he was coming). Was very helpful and professional and explained exactly what the issue was and what he needed to do to fix it (which involved removing the toilet and then replacing it).

Jason was very professional, prompt, and efficient. The installation of the boiler was lengthy and complicated and he did a great job. Later, the inspector complimented Jason's work. We're very happy with the results. I would not hesitate to call them again for any problem; they know what they're doing.

Awesome! Amazing! Love it! Bill was great. We had a plumber no-show earlier this week and so we have been without a kitchen sink for about 4 days. After getting the run around from various other plumbers I called Bill and I wish I had called him first!!! They would have been there a couple hours after the call but I couldn't leave work, so he came out the next day and was in and out and amazingness in about an hour. He even found that Lowes gave us the wrong putty to seal our sink with and fixed the issue without a fuss. He played with the dog for a moment before leaving too. I will be calling him to install our gas range in a few weeks and absolutely plan on telling everyone who will listen how awesome Bill's 24 Hour is. No complaints!

I had asked that he service the heater also if necessary. He said it wasn't. He seemed very far and wasn't trying to make more work for himself. In fact he did the opposite. I felt he was very fair.

We've hired this company several times. Always on time. Always professional. Always reasonable

He did unplug the bathroom drain. I asked about the plugged basement (washing machine) drain and he did that for 80.00 more but did not test it. Appeared to be in a hurry. Drain is still plugged.

Bill was very helpful right from the start, discussing venting issues, range design, sink installation, etc. He did the work on time, working within the time frame of the other subcontractors. We are very pleased.

My furnace went out in the middle of the night while my husband was hunting. I called Bill's 24 HR heating and after relating to him what had happened - the noise the furnace had made, the smell when it tried to run - Bill was at my house within 30 min. After examing the furnace he gave the bad news that the motor had burned up. He gave several suggestions on what to do to keep my pipes from freezing and said he would try to find me a couple of space heaters to keep the house warm in the living area. He called me early the next morning and explained he had no space heaters available since it was a cold snap and his heaters were being used by other households. Bill came over to the house and gave me info on furnaces, options for what we could do - which ranged from replacing the motor in a 20+ year old furnace to getting a new furnace. He spoke to my husband at length several times over the weekend and answered questions. On Monday morning - while I was a the hospital with my husband because he was getting a hip replacement - Bill had his office manager call me with updates. His employee, Jason, spent the entire day and part of the evening at my house replacing the old furnace , installing new duct work that was needed and removing the old furnace. At all times Jason was nothing but pleasant and professional. When he was finished he made sure that I knew that the office would take care of the paperwork involved for inspection and any rebates. Jason left my house in great condition when he was done.

Our hot water heater went out on a Friday evening. We called Bill's Plumbing and he was on the scene within 30 minutes. After assessing the situation Bill gave us several options to choose from. We chose the option to keep an eye on the heater over the weekend and have it replaced on Monday morning. Bill was very professional and explained every option very thoroughly. He kept us in the loop when it came to replacing the old heater with several choices of heater and the pros and cons of each. His work is excellent and he took great care to make sure our house was not damaged in any way during this replacement. Bill is a 24 hr plumber / heating service and I would definitely use him again.

My experience went very well. He has a very good plumber. They were very professional. He knew what he was doing. He was very honest. He told me what needed to be done before he did it. He cleaned up and left everything better than what it looked before. The quality of the work was excellent.
