Description of Work: Austin called 1 hour prior to appointment to ask if he could come 30 minutes early, which I appreciated. Often, service people show up early just assuming you are waiting for them. Although I bought the $79 spring tune-up from Angie's list, I knew my system had some problems. He told me up front what the company charges. He showed me what the problem was, and told me what to look for in the future so that I might be able to correct something similar on my own. He then checked all the sprinkler heads. One valve was not working and this one took quite a bit of detective work due to some "creative" wiring done by the previous owner. He ending up spending 2 hours, telling me what he was checking the entire time. Today, all my sprinklers are working, and I'm looking forward to having a green lawn! I cannot say enough about how satisfied I am with this company. I'm sure there are other companies that are cheaper. But if you are looking for VALUE, you can't go wrong with Nature's Caretaker. I'll definitely be a repeat customer!

Description of Work: Came to assess sprinkler problems on AngiesList $79 special. Flexible to meet my schedule (advised of a cancellation that fit me in earlier than originally planned....) Went above and beyond in time spent and creatve ideas. Very professional; great solutions.

Description of Work: So far so good. They readjusted the sprinkler and put new heads on the ones that needed them.

Description of Work: set up my sprinkler system and made modifications as needed. Showed up on time and was done quickly and efficiently. There was confusion over the sales tax - be sure to note that this will be billed in addition to the coupon service.

Description of Work: Sprinkler tuneup and recommendations.had to reschedule my desired appointment date to accommodate this provider.they did replace a broken sprinkler with one already purchased by me at not additional charge,but I offered to pay for the 1.49 part. They missed the broken sprinkle by my front door,which I replaced. The provided a documented parts list with prices to perform additional service.I contacted the provider to discuss the significant pricing difference then what I could purchase at the same parts supplier and was no almost in the same sentence, the price was not flexible to perform the services not relate to my initial service. I told the provider based on there turs comments, I would not recommend there services.

Description of Work: I called on a Monday and they were able to come out Tuesday afternoon. I had a sprinkler head broken due to tree root growth and that was fixed along with a review of the remainder of my sprinkler system. Austin was great about giving me some extra pointers on how best to use my system to effectively maintain my lawn. I'll call them for any future needs!
