Great! Technician arrived early and knew the system.

Jose was very personable and professional, and explained everything that was being done. I used this company last year as well, and they were awesome both times, and their prices were very reasonable for the jobs that were done. I had them come out last week to replace 2 sprinkler heads and then noticed the next day a different sprinkler head was broken. I called the office and explained the problem, and they said they would send someone back out and not charge labor, since he was just there the day before. Jose came back out today and fixed it and only charged me for the parts! I will definitely use them again!

Nature's Caretakers are the best. They have specialist in all aspects of lawn maintenance. Brian specializes in lawn and soil. He knows about all the different grasses and soil nutrients important to a beautiful lawn. Matt specializes in vegetation - his expertise is any plants, shrubs, etc and Austin specializes in lawn care, sprinklers and related equipment. However, any of these three bosses are knowledgeable about all aspects of the services provided from their company. I am very impressed with their customer service and the personalized care provided to me. All three of them came out last week to see how things were going, answer any questions and see how their employees were doing the job. They stop by job sites regularly to check on workers and to talk with me to ensure a quality job is being performed. I am very impressed with the care they provide me, the customer, as well as their support and caring for their staff. A little expensive but competitive with other companies. I have a large yard and it is very well worth it!

Absolutely superb! 30 minutes early, went through every sprinkler head, taught us how to use computer and are now considered one of their customers. Highly recommend!

The work was done professionally and in a timely manner. Only hick-up was the technician was late; arrived outside the service time window but it wasn't a problem since we were home all day. The technician was nice, communicative and very professional. The sprinkler system was new to us as we just purchased the home and the technician politely answered all our questions about how it functions, etc.

I purchased a $99 for Sprinkler Startup deal to get my sprinklers set up for the summer. He was on-time and very professional. Got right to work. Within about 30 minutes he had turned on water, set up timer, and examined all the sprinklers. I was told there were a few that were broken and had to be replaced. He quoted me around $250 to get everything fixed. He was out there about two hours digging sprinklers up and replacing them. He even showed me old sprinkler heads so I could see what was wrong. It was more than I was planning on spending but figured it needed to be done and I didn't want to do it myself later. I was pretty happy with the work at the time. The sprinklers were set to go off early morning and late at night so I never saw how they were working. One night I had to let dogs out and noticed that the sprinklers in the back yard were not set up correctly. The length of the water was too long so the weeds were getting watered instead of the lawn. That weekend I checked the set up and sure enough it made sense why I was starting to see dry spots in the front and back yard. I spent over 2 hours replacing about 6 sprinkler heads and resetting the patters for the sprinklers. Should have saved the $250 they charged me since I ended up doing it myself anyways.

Austin arrived promptly and tested the sprinkler system. He replace a few broken heads as well as all of the heads in the front lawn that were not adequate for irrigating a lawn. Although our controller is old, he recommended waiting a few more years before replacing since it still works fine. Austin is very professional, knows and enjoys his business. Our lawn is looking great and looking forward to having him back in the fall to winterize.

Austin arrived at the time agreed and proceeded to check out our non-working system. He verified that the pump worked from his actuator and that the problem was with our automation clock. We agreed on a replacement and he installed it right away. He carefully checked all the water systems to ensure they were working, and when he found some problems he listened to my priorities for the yard and we defined a plan to defer some work until a later time, and address the highest priority issues. He didn't try to up-sell me on anything and suggested some alternatives to doing all the work at once. I appreciated his professionalism and recognition that not everything needed to be addressed at once.

The gentleman who came over was very prompt and courteous. He adjusted some of my sprinklers so they were pointed in the right direction and didn't spray water where it wasn't needed. He also made several recommendations for upgrading my 20+ year old system. He said he would have the owner send me an estimate for making those changes, but I haven't received them as of yet.

The technician showed up ahead of schedule and was very courteous and professional. He attempted to start on the service but the water pressure was too low. He was trying to troubleshoot the problem and determined the valves may be closed or I may have a broken line and informed me that he could return with the right equipment to help locate the valves. He must've been there for an hour and a half and told me he will not charge me. Although, if I allow them to come back then I will be charged for the inspection as well in which I didn't mind because I really needed my sprinklers to work. Later that day, Brian contacted me and asked if he could stop by and check my irrigation system and I acknowledged. He must've been there for almost two hours, I think, trying to find the problem. To make a story short, this company went above and beyond to try and fix my irrigation system and I did not pay them at all for the 3 or so hours they were there. Although the service was suppose to be a quick start up, I now have a bigger problem that they could not fix right away. I can only assume the terra lift restoration of my drain field was the result of my failing irrigation system. A broken irrigation line was replaced prior to Brian's company coming out and he also recommended I talk to the septic company and the handyman that fixed the broken irrigation line. After all the communication with these folks, I still have a broken irrigation system and still looking for a company that can locate the problem and get my sprinklers working again.

Austin arrived early, calling 1st to see if it was OK. I showed him the sprinkler system components & described what I knew was broken. He spent maybe 15 minutes poking around and turning on & off water (my system is pretty small). Then he explained what he could see was wrong, what else could be broken, and what he'd need to do to find out. He gave me what he saw as the pros and cons of further work on it, before launching into work that would cost me more than the initial special. I decided not to move forward, and he didn't try to push at all. He was professional, appeared knowledgeable (certainly knows a lot more than me), and helpful. Clearly a good guy, working for an outfit that treats him well. I'd definitely recommend the company!

Company arrived on time, ensured my system was running properly and made sure that I was getting all concerns and needs completed. Great customer service as I felt I was a priority.
