With 30 years in the construction industry, my portfolio is deeply rooted in the Rocky Mountains. Telluride, Aspen, Vail, Steamboat, Jackson Hole, and Big Sky have my fingerprints on many custom projects. In 2008, I settled down and bought a home in Bozeman, where my kids finished junior and high school. Today, my son and I have been working together for five years. We self-perform most of the work and sub out the work we don't. We are experienced all to well with projects looking for some new blood. "Over two months to get house plans. Communication was dismal and the majority of my phone calls and emails were ignored. After I put down my initial deposit. I was ignored for so many weeks, I was beginning to think the company was fake. Draftsman never asked a single question. Not a good look when each round of revisions are charged by the number of changes. My final payment was requested before receiving house plans. Payment was sent and plans were immediately provided despite never having discussed or seen electrical and plumbing, etc. There was an error on the final plans and it took an act of Congress to get it changed. To be fair the final product was excellent but the ulcers I developed over this whole process would make me rethink using Evolution."
