"The company promised me when the guy called me $99 and he was going to send two or three girls I can't remember but it was more than one to come knockout. Didn't order it that time I asked him to call me back this month didn't get a call back. But I did call them did you get the deal I was offered the deal to girls for $99. But I added on my laundry so she told me that would take about 5 hours which shoe is not right it takes 3 but that's okay. And I order it pay $179. They send me a man to wash my Intimates I have PTSD and I almost flipped my cookies he spent five hours in my tiny kitchen even with my back bad back I could have done a lot quicker and a half an hour in my foyer and bathroom. Then I tried to call him to complain cuz I didn't know how to do this and they told me they never heard of me. Their company's email is handy.com and they are horrible they do not care about their customers"

"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"
