Horrible, didn't dust under things, didn't finish the job, never made notification as to if they were showing up late, if they has to reform another day to finish the job. Failed to provide an itemized invoice then when asked for one she states she is going to charged us $45 more dollars. Then charged $1.10 a mile and over exaggerated the miles in their favor. This is a Rip off company.
Description of Work: Showed up 2 hours late, said they cloaked for 4.5 hours and only got a kitchen, living room and bathroom cleaned between 2 of them.

I hired Montana Maid to clean my bathroom because I don't really know how to clean it properly or have the proper cleaners. It hadn't been deep cleaned for over a year. I found Montana Maid here on angie's list doing a random search as I just signed up as an angie's list member. I called them and they were here within 3 hours to give me a quote. I just have a simple standard bathroom. They quoted me $40 for the first clean and $25 for subsequent cleanings. I asked about setting up a monthly schedule and they were ok with that. The job they did was awesome! They cleaned everything including the "kitchen" sink (pun intended.) They used different cloths for each surface. I would recommend Montana Maid for any house or commercial cleaning job.

Customers house was a complete mess and I had to pull teeth to get paid from her every time. She knew when we were coming, and I had to hunt her down to get paid everytime. Their house was not worth 100.00 not was the chase to get paid.

Had a wonderful experience. The upstairs was cleaned, floors swept and mopped, bathroom cleaned, kitchen cleaned, livingroom organized and cleaned. Couldn't have asked for a more thorough person.

It went well. She asked and kept me updated with the progress and she helped put my stuff in one area that what of like items and then label it. She sprayed more, then once for the spider problem which I was very glad. Now I don't have that problem.
Description of Work: Had her clean my basement and organize somewhat, then she killed my spiders.
