Fantastic! Jordan called promptly after our purchase from Angie's List, set up an appointment date and time, arrived promptly and not only did the work as advertised, but resolved problems we have had with our doors ever since the original installation. There was one small problem that occurred several days later. We called Jordan and he came the next day at the time he said and resolved that issue with no further charge. Terrific service. Defintely will call on him for any further garage door needs and gladly recommend him to others.

Jordan was great - advised us on future needed repairs (bearings) but did not "hard sell" to get it done .

My experience with Jordan and Advanced Garage Door was incredibly pleasant. I contacted Jordan to tentatively schedule my garage door tune-up. I was in no hurry, so Jordan told me that he would either come by on Tuesday or Wednesday. He was even willing to work later than his typical schedule to accommodate my work schedule. I received a call from Jordan on Tuesday, stating that it would be Wednesday before he could make it. I appreciated his call, as it freed up my Tuesday afternoon. On Wednesday, Jordan called to update me on when he might arrive at my house. Upon arrival, Jordan went straight to work. It took him less than an hour for my tune-up. He was very friendly and pleasant, and he took time to show me the logistics of my garage door and how I could keep it maintained. I would certainly recommend Jordan and Advanced Garage Door to anyone needing services, as I would not hesitate to contact him for any other services that I would need.

He was great. Very personal. Showed me a few things. Made an adjustment on one of my doors as one of the sides was hitting the roller on top. Only took about 1 hour.

our appointment was for Thursday and he called before arriving that morning to let us know he was on his way. he was there within 30 minutes after the call, dressed professionally and ready to work. he finished the job quickly, then advised what maintenance was needed from us to keep it working properly. total time to replace all track wheels, align, inspect, adjust chain and grease was only about 30 minutes. the work was done quickly but professionally. you could see that he knew what he was doing. extremely nice young man, very knowledgeable and responsible. my garage door was having a problem closing completely and was loud. now it is closing every time with smoother track movement and quieter motor sound than it has been in years. Before, you could here the garage door open in most of the house, but now don't hear it at all. will definitely use him again and recommend him highly.

This was a most pleasant young man in business for himself. Very kind, cordial, answered all questions. Did more than he should have probably because that is his way. He told me garage door was doing great after 18 years and no forseeable time to change it. He said the motor might not last a lot longer as the lifespan on the old motor was no more that 10 to 15 years...mine is 18 years old, I will definitely get a new one from Jordan at Advanced Garage Door when the time comes. I highly recommend this company and no doubt I will use him for our garage door, motor, whatever it may need in the future. Prices great before I found a coupon on Angie's. Prompt response, same day. We called on a Friday morning and Jordan was there to install it by Friday afternoon. He installed the new motor, adjusted the tension on the springs and cleaned the track. He even installed an upgraded support that was not required but really added to the stability at no additional cost. He explained our options clearly and never tried to oversell anything. We were very impressed by the professional service and the good price that we received. We ordered additional remotes (digital transmitters) and a keypad. He was back on the next business day, Monday, to install the key pad and deliver the additional remotes. The work performed and customer service were above and beyond anything we expected. On a related note, the Linear garage door opener is an amazing product and transformed our old garage door from loud and rattling to gliding smoothly and nearly silent. The difference is unbelievable.

He replaced the spring on the garage door. He explained Ned what needed to be done. He showed us what the problem was. He provided a complete explanation of what was needed. When he was Don he showed us what he did. He also lubricated everything and showed us how to do that so in the future.

The guys came by - and fixed the problem - and noticed other bearings that would go bad soon. He even showed us to confirm it. They are very honorable - and especially with this special going on - I would encourage you to take advantage. (It is better than waiting until it breaks and your car is stuck in the garage)

They determined they couldn't just adjust the setting on the opener, but would need to replace the motor. I asked them if they could replace it with a used motor so it wouldn't cost as much since I was going to sell the house. They did what I requested and the opener works fine now.

Have you ever seen the DIY show called Holmes on Holmes. Mike Holmes is a super contractor who gets called into homes that have issues and proceeds to find everything that previous contractors have done wrong and "makes it right". That is what Jordon did with my garage doors. He is the Mike Holmes of Garage Doors. DO IT RIGHT!!!

The company did exactly what they were hired to do at a reasonable cost and also informed us of and corrected an issue with our door that could have resulted in our needing to immediately replace the door.

From the time I ordered his services to the time he finished, Jordan was on the ball. He called me right away, set up the appointment, called before he came, did the job and explained to me ways I could make my door last longer. He was very professional and very truthful. I would recommend him to anyone and will call him again if I ever need work done on my door.

I called them on 2/11/13 and asked if they could come out and give us an estimate on 2/12/13. Jordan Hoover arrived when he said he would, gave us a reasonable estimate, and fixed it on the spot. We are very satisfied with his work, his manner and his advice on how to care for our door in order to increase the life of the door. We would recommend him to anyone who asks.

They did an excellent job. They came right out and arrived when they said they would. The gentlemen was very professional, had the equipment with him, and he explained the different type of springs. He looked at the door and told me exactly what was wrong with my garage door. I would recommend them.
