It went very well. Jordan came and replaced the spring. He also checked the other parts, and gave me a consultation on operating and maintaining the system. He charged me exactly what he said. I would highly recommend this provider.

I paid an extra cost because I actually had other stuff done like I had the springs on the door replaced as they were a little weak.

We called Jordan when the spring on the garage door broke trapping our car inside the house making us unable to respond to a call from the vet concerning our sick dog. I first got his machine, but he literally called back within minutes and agreed to come the same day to repair the garage door and get the car out. He was at our house within two hours, diagnosed the problem, explained to us the most cost-effective solution without trying to sell us things we didn't need, and quickly completed the repairs. We were able to be with our dog when he died. I just can't say enough about the wonderful service that Jordan provided for us. The garage door is quieter now than it has ever been!

I called Advanced Door, left a message, and he responded within minutes. He was on a job (I think in Memphis) and he gave me two options: he could call when he finished his current job and then come to my house or I could set up an appointment for the next day. He called around 5:30p. I didn't want him to have to drive to Hernando so late but he was perfectly happy to do so. He was knowledgeable, professional and his price was totally reasonable. I cannot say enough positive things about this company. Having a career in H.R. and our own business, I recognize and appreciate when someone runs a business well.

Jordan was extremely prompt and professional. His quality of work was excellent and he repaired a garage door where another reputable highly rated Angie's list provided said we'd had to replace. He had to basically reset a poor installation. Description of work performed: - Adjusted and reset tracks - Installed new parts - Springs, pins, hinges, rollers, etc.... - Set sensor limits - Swapped out the struts - Realigned the motor arm and various brackets

Jordan, was the only one on The Angie List that got back to us right away. A couple of the other garage contractors with A ratings never called. No I take that back, one called late in the day. I needed the door fixed ASAP ! This young man came out right away and had it fixed with a new door the very next day. His prices were more than fare. We found him to be honest and very professional. My husband and I would give him A+++++ Yes call Jordan !

Jordan and my schedules didn't match up for a couple of days but he was at my home as soon as we both could be. I explained the issue and he got to work immediately. All my car's built in remotes work now. My outside keyboard ( big issue) works . A hand held remote works as well. Normally would do it myself , but I was baffled by this problem. I can't recommend Advanced Garage Door enough. A small business you can trust with a really great owner/operator. (Jordan)

Used Jordan of Advanced Garage Door today. We had a few broken parts on our garage door that he ended up replacing. Jordan was very prompt and courteous and knowledgeable. He got the job done fairly quickly. Price was fair too considering this was an emergency Saturday job.

I WAS SUPER IMPRESSED BY THE OWNER OF THIS COMPANY. HE WAS KNOWLEDGABLE, POLITE AND A GREAT COMMUNICATOR. HE OFFERED TO OPEN MY BROKEN GARAGE DOOR & HELPED ME REMOVE MY TRASH CANS AND LAWNMOWER. TWO OTHER COMPANIES TRIED TO CONVINCE ME TO PAY FOR NEW SPRINGS NOW AND ALSO ORDER A GARAGE DOOR. THIS MAN SAVED MY MONEY BY BEING HONEST & TELLING ME IT WOULD BE A LOT LESS EXPENSIVE TO DO IT ALL AT ONCE. I ALSO LEARNED THAT GARAGE DOORS NEED DIFFERENT SPRINGS ACCORDING TO THEIR WEIGHT AND SIZE. THE SPRINGS PUT WITH MY GARAGE WERE THE WRONG SIZE. A LOT OF TIME THE SALESMAN JUST PUTS ON WHATEVER SPRINGS ARE ON THEIR TRUCK AT THAT TIME. NICE TO KNOW. HE HAS PROMISED INSTALL BY JUNE 3RD. I WILL CONTINUE MY REVIEW AT THAT TIME. I KNOW IT WILL BE GOOD. NEW GARAGE DOOR AND SPRINGS, ETC. INSTALLED TODAY. MY GARAGE LOOKS GREAT AND IS NOW SUPER QUIET. DIDN'T KNOW THAT WAS POSSIBLE. Text advance Monday morning called me at 7:30 am then they met my wife at 1:00 pm and was finished at 2:00 pm

Jordan literally responded within minutes of me leaving my request for service. He came out first thing the next morning and confirmed what I suspected, that I needed a new door. He arrived the next day with the new door in tow and performed the installation within about 3 hours. He even left my garage cleaner than he found it. I am very pleased with how the new door looks as well as how much quieter it is in comparison to my old door. I have also received several compliments from my neighbors on how good the new door looks. Jordan was very kind, polite and professional throughout the entire process. A true pleasure to work with. I would recommend his services to all of my friends and family.

Jordan was very professional in outlining the different options for spring replacement and the warranties that each option included. He made sure to show me in detail where the gears in the opener needed to be replaced and showed me the difference between the old ones and the new ones. He showed me how to keep the garage door and different parts lubricated as well. After everything was complete, Jordan realized that I was an Angie's List customer and replaced the rollers on my door since I spent more than $200. Some companies may not have said anything if the customer did not know (which I didn't realize this coupon was available). I wouldn't definitely use them again, and will be calling them for a bid when I build my new house next year.

I thought that would entail doing more work. If the description were a little clearer it would help.

He came out to replace a broken spring. He did this very quickly but then spent extra time adjusting and lubricating my garage door. Great service from a very knowledgeable guy!

It went fine. He dealt with my husband more so than me but there have been no complaints.

Our house was built in 1957 and our garage door is original. Advance Garage Door showed up to perform our maintenance but since our door was so old could not replace the rollers. HOWEVER, they cleaned, oiled and repaired our door and it works perfect. We would definitely use them again.
