It was great. He was pretty prompt. He was knowledgeable. He was early. He took time to answer my questions. He explained what he was doing. He gave me some troubleshooting tips if something ever did happen to my garage.

He serviced and lubricated all moving parts, including the spring, and he replaced all rollers with new ones. He also gave me further advice about how to maintain the door, and he took the time to ensure that my remote features were maximized and operable. His service was excellent!!!

Please cancel this service and reund my money - $111 Garage Door Tune-Up and Roller Replacement Advanced Garage Door -962886-1. They were supposed to contact me within two days, "no later than 11/8." I have yet to hear from them. I was required to provide an "Approximate date of service (or last contact." No service was performed and no contact was made.

They were great. He came out and did exactly what he was supposed to do and more. He got my door working. He was professional, timely and did it quick. He handed me all my needs and worked with my schedule.

He arrived on time and was very nice. He did exactly what I wanted him to do and it’s working perfectly. The door wasn't broken, this was just for maintenance. He was very nice and I would recommend him. I couldn't find fault with anything. It was a perfect service.

Personable, knowledgeable, high quality work. Initially I had purchased a $99 garage door tune-up. The garage door had been sticking and required manual assistance to open. The door was very loud when opening or closing. I scheduled an appointment late in the day and the repairman arrived as scheduled. He called ahead to make sure I was home. His initial inspection indicated a spring had broken and needed replacement. He did not have the required spring and arrangements were made for him to return another day. Again, he arrived as scheduled, calling ahead in advance. He completed his work in about 45 minutes. replacing several broken hinges at no additional charge. He also identified a structural issue with the door, suggesting the realignment of a support that had been installed incorrectly when the door was first installed 25 years ago! He also performed this task at no extra charge. He adjusted the rails, grinding bolt heads that had been causing the old wheels to catch. The door opens and closes making on a slight noise now. I never knew how smoothly a door could operate. I WILL CALL ON THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it worked out pretty good. It wound up to me replacing the garage door. He showed up within a week of me calling him. I thought his pricing was competitive. He came out and told me that the door needed to be replaced. I had a suspicion that the door needed to be replaced, and so I felt that he should have deducted part of the amount that I paid for the big deal when I purchased the door. I felt like I paid him 110 Dollars to tell me that I needed to replace my garage door.

After taking advantage of the Angie's List Deal for garage door tune-up, which made a big improvement, I had Jordan return to replace a deteriorated bottom weather seal on our garage door. Jordan found the correct seal unit and we scheduled another appointment. He arrived as scheduled, and efficiently made the replacement. The work was completed with quality results. Jordan is honest, efficient, and responsive. Two thumbs up!

Advanced Garage Door is the company to call for garage door service. We purchased the Angie's List $99 garage door tune up, fully expecting to pay much more for complete service. Jordan changed out the rollers (all of them), adjusted the springs, put new bolts in the door brackets, adjusted the door speed and track brackets, and oiled everything. He did not try to up-sell or charge extra for anything. He said to keep using the motor we have until it quits working. We will, and will definitely be calling him for the replacement. Highly recommend!

It turned out excellent. He was very honest with me. He didn't try to oversell me. I didn't get a new motor or anything all I did was get a replacement door and I had already apprised them at other places. He gave me a very reasonable price and I ended up spending $800 in total. He was excellent throughout in price, performance, punctuality. He kept me apprised the entire time about what was going on when he would get here as I had to wait for couple of weeks because he was busy. He was very professional. The reason I chose him was because I read about him on Angie's list and he deserves all of those kudos that he gets. I would recommend him to anybody. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

Called Jordan to set an appointment for the Angie's List Big Deal Garage Door Tune Up. He was friendly and accommodating. On the scheduled day, Jordan arrived promptly and got right to work. He worked efficiently and completed the job in just over 1 hour. Our garage door is over 22 years old, and has become loud and creaky during operation. Upon completion of Jordan's work, the garage door operation was SIGNIFICANTLY more quiet and smooth. We're completely satisfied with Jordan's job, and enthusiastically recommend his services.

Called Jordan in the morning expecting an appointment in 2-3 days. He stated he would try and come out the same day - or early the following morning. He showed up the same afternoon - giving me 20 minutes of advanced notice. I had Jordan out previously for an Angie's List special on a garage door inspection and repair - which he did very professionally and quickly. But this garage door motor is almost 18 years old and seemed to be acting up. He opened it up, adjusted and cleaned it, and got everything working smoothly in about 25 minutes. While I may need to replace the motor in the next few months, Jordan clearly was focused on getting it to work for as long as possible before I need to replace it. Really appreciated his care and professionalism. My only comment is if he needs to clean and lubricate your garage tracks or springs, be prepared to do a little cleanup afterwards on the garage floor. I had no idea how dirty and gritty the tracks can get over time.

Called Jordan at Advanced Garage Door after reading review's on Angie's list. I explained the problem I was having with my door. (Apparently the previous owners had backed into the door creating a dent at the top of one of the panels. With the heat, it was causing it to buckle in and prevent the door from going up). Jordan came out for an estimate and had brought all necessary items to actually do the job. When he explained what needed to be done (he would have to install a strut and then adjust the springs and motor to accommodate the added weight), and told me the cost (service charge plus materials) I had him complete the job. He is very professional. Very courteous. Explained how to maintain the door to keep it working properly (which actually costs him money as if we all took care of our doors he'd be out of business). I will use Advance Garage Door for all my need and will recommend him highly to others.

I think he called me back and left a message within 15 minutes and was able to set an appointment that day. He arrived about 10 minutes early.

It was great. The door sounds like new when opening and closing it is so quiet. After three years I can open the lift gate on my SUV without hitting the door.

Jordan's truck had mechanical trouble (alternator failure) on day service was to be performed, so by mutual agreement we postponed it. When he arrived, he had everything he needed and got right to business. He worked with no wasted motion and the results were exactly as I had hoped. My garage doors operate so quietly that we can no longer hear them in our kitchen which is directly above the garage. The cost was exactly as quoted. Jordan was friendly and professional. I was not able to meet Jason at the home when the work was scheduled; so he drove to where I was and picked up the key to perform the work. He was on time and very professional in every conversation I had with him. He completed the work and informed me of what he had done and gave some tips on how to extend the life of the garage door. 1.5 months later I had an issue with the garage door on a Sunday afternoon. He answered the phone and then took the time to walk me through how to fix the door over the phone. The level of professionalism and kindness Jason showed that day, has made me his customer for all of my garage door related issues. They were quick, friendly, he answered all the questions that I had and I would hire them again. I had a problem with my garage door on Sunday at 5pm, I called him and he walked me through on how to fix it. He did not even charge me a service fee for that. He is my garage door person from now on.

On the first visit, Jordan replaced the rollers and installed a new sensor panel in an effort to repair my remote controls which were not working. This was an attempt to hold down the cost and not replace a motor if there was another option. The remotes still would not function. He called tech support at the company . In their opinion, the motor was bad. Jordan gave me a price, which was reasonable, ordered the new motor, new remotes, and a keyless entry. He installed the new motor today.
