The above listed member purchased a special deal on Angie's List for a $35 yard mow and blow. The work was completed on 3/28/16. Per the customer, this took 8 times to schedule. On the first day scheduled, the yard was too wet due to rain and had to, obviously, be rescheduled. On the initial visit, though the yard was too wet to cut, the customer attempted to have our crew clean out all of her flower beds for the $35 paid for the mowing service. Once rescheduled, our crew performed the paid for services. However, the customer was requesting, again, that her flower beds also be cleaned out, a service not included in the $35. The crew leader called to confirm that this was, indeed, not included in the services paid for. Upon completing the mowing and blowing, the crew left. We did not receive a phone call reporting that services were unsatisfactory or that she would like additional work completed. On April 27, during the evening, we received a notification of this review and that we had received all F's. Unbeknownst to us that there was any issues, the owner called the customer on the following morning, April 28. In an attempt to rectify any dissatisfaction, the owner offered to have his crew come back out to the yard and mow and blow again, to her satisfaction. Upon denying this service by stating she "did not want them on her property again," the owner volunteered to personally come out and complete the job to the best of her satisfaction, free of charge. After this offer, the customer began to cry and quoted that she "had been taken advantage of" and hung up the phone. We have yet to hear back from the customer after this attempt to rectify the situation. ARKScapes works very hard for our reputation and strives to have complete customer satisfaction. In attempting to make sure this customer was completely satisfied with her yard work and the services paid for, we offered a free visit. However, and unfortunately, this service was declined.
