Exactly as planned. Gary and his team had done previous work for us so there was no hesitation in hiring them again for this job. Doors were ordered and installed as planned.

Gary and his team were great, starting with a prompt return of my first call to get an estimate to paint the exterior of home. Gutters were installed after painting was completed and Gary designed a front porch and cedar pergola for front entrance of home. Professional was displayed throughout the entire job and I will definitely hire Simply Home Repairs for future projects! My husband and I were most impressed with their job ethics and feel that we have found a team that can be trusted and also recommend to our friends!

Everything went fine and according to schedule and estimate.

This team was very impressive with their work ethic! They were here at 7 every morning and left at 5 every day for a week until each job was done correctly! They were very polite and even dealt well with our new 9 week old puppy running around the back yard with them. The communication was great in both phone and e-mail. Gave detailed invoices and were very upfront about any and all costs. Overall I was very impressed with the team, their work, and the outcome looks amazing! The outside of my house look brand new and not 7 years old any more!

Received bid one day and work was completed the next. Good quality workmanship.

Gary has an excellent crew. They did a fantastic job and completely cleaned up after themselves. They were courteous and on time and did everything exactly how I asked them to. They also rebuilt a gate in our fence and everything was done in 2 days! I will call on Simply Home Repairs in the future for all our repair needs big and small and I'll know they will be completed in a professional manner, on time and for a good price.

Over the last year I've contacted Gary on three occassions with work requests. He always responded and was courteous. However, while we communicated several times, Gary never came to look at the work and finally suggested I look elsewhere to have the jobs completed.

Provider arrived on time, was very courteous and friendly. Got the job done quickly and professionally and cleaned up the area when he was finished.

Gary gave me a quote for the painting of the exterior trim and porch of my house and was a couple of hundred less than another painter I had used previously. Gary and his partner began painting promptly and did a great job. However, there was one aspect I did not understand.The bathroom window trim was not painted and he said it was not included. Otherwise, he did a good job.

I had spoken to Gary about some type of back patio cover and he suggested a nice wooden porch cover. He gave me a price the next day which I accepted and he began working soon after. I really do enjoy my porch. However, the reason I put a "B" on quality was due to the materials used. The ceiling of the porch has exposed beams and no actual ceiling and there are printed numbers and letters as well as red number markings on the wood used which is not very pleasant to look at. It would be much better if he checked for clear wood on exposed sections. Due to this I will have a ceiling put up later. Also, the post have splits in the wood. Soon after the cover was built, we had a really hard rain and the cover leaked where the house roof line and cover roof line meet. I called Gary and he came quickly and fixed the situation. Overall, I do enjoy my patio cover.

We had a water leak from the ice maker cord on the back of the refrigerator which caused a lot of damage due to the leak occurring at night. After dealing with the insurance people and the company they suggested I decided to get Gary to do the repairs. He was very helpful in all decisions and did a great job. I would certainly use him again.

Gary came promptly and gave an estimate to take the rotting wood around the chimney down and replace it. He also painted it. He and his son did an excellent job and we were very pleased.

After some communication and response issues were resolved, Mr. Sanders performed all work as described and in a timely fashion.

It went well. The work was done inside of a day, and seems to have been done well.

It went really great. Not only did they meet my expectations, but went beyond. Fast, friendly, and professional. Called Gary, he came out a few days later and looked, got a quote and a time frame, and next thing I knew the job was done and I was good to go.

No work was performed. We felt the estimate was too high. The company was very prompt, professional and provided the estimate in a timely manner.

He got back to me in a timely manner and came out in a few days to do the work. He and his associate were very professional and did an outstanding job. It took about three days to complete work. It took the third day to install the back door. I felt really bad that he had issues due to unleval frame and even offered to pay him extra, but he would not take it. I would highly recommend him.

He came out and measured my columns and said he would call me back with a price. It was several days before he called back but when he did, his price was reasonable. He came out the next workday and completed the work quickly and satisfactorily. They were very nice and easy to work with. I would use him again

He came right out the next day and cleaned the gutters before the weather changed. He actually got up on my roof and blew everything off of it.

The handyman from Simply Home Repairs is very nice and very honest.
