Did not complete the job. Never returned my phone calls about complete the work. I have to find someone else to complete the job.

I called him the beginning of June and he said he did not have any idea of when he could look at the issue and told me he wouldn’t be mad if I called someone else. Never heard from him again. He sounded like I’d just woken him up. Didn’t seem professional or organized at all.

Gary and Chris were punctual and professional. Great work. The cost was very reasonable and was what he had quoted and agreed on before starting the job. Will definitely call them for any work I need done in the future

Better than expected. Gary and his son were friendly, professional, and above all, COMPETENT! They fit me into their busy schedule, arrived on time, and when they realized the repair needed in one room wasn't as difficult as first expected, they adjusted the estimated charge accordingly. Bravo. I will call them to handle future problems, and highly recommend.

Gary and his crew did an excellent job. Like many people, I was very, very frustrated with previous contractors. Especially when they realize the job is not a large money pit; however, Gary was very professional, punctual and competent. I would definitely recommend him and his crew for future jobs.

Gary and his son did outstanding work painting my house. They did all the necessary prep work before painting which is as important as painting, in my opinion. They did a great job matching exactly the colors already on the house. It looked like a brand new house when they finished. They cleaned up after themselves every day. Gary also put me in touch with someone who does gutters, and he did a great job, too. I will definitely use Gary in the future whenever I have need for work on my house.

Called and discussed what needed done then set up a time for them to come out and do an estimate. They came out and did the estimate, and said they would have some numbers in a week. After a week, I called back, and they said they hadn't done any number calculations yet, that they would call me soon. After 3 weeks called back and got the same answer. I've still not received a call back. It is Oct 2017 now, and that was back in March 2017. If they aren't competent enough to provide info in the time they said they would, or even at all. I doubt they are competent enough to complete a quality job correctly, in time. I just don't have time for that.

They were very professional and let me know when they would be there each day. They worked from the time they arrived until around 6:00pm every evening only stopping for lunch and water breaks. They did an excellent job and now my house looks as good as any in our neighborhood. I would definitely hire them again.

Not certain of source of leaking window, but calked dormer on roof located over the location of the leaking window. Also replaced damaged corner shingles on edge of roof.

On 6/20 Mr. Sanders came by and we walked around to decide what to do and take measurements of my deck. He then followed up(6/24) with an email estimate. On 6/27 I replied back and gave the project the go ahead. Mr. Sanders, his son and one other gentleman came on 6/28 and took up all of the boards within 2 hours. Came the next day and began making repairs. They were done with the project within three days. He will have to come back at the end of July to put the water seal on the deck. I was impressed with their professionalism and punctuality. Would highly recommend and use again.

I found Gary Sanders on Angie’s List. After reading his reviews, I asked him to quote me on a list of house repairs I needed help with. He responded promptly and offered a free consultation. As soon as hew saw the problems, he had an immediate understanding of what was wrong and how to repair the problems. I appreciated his strong attention to detail, knowledge, experience and confidence. I received a quote from him through email. He showed up with two other workers and gave my house his full attention. Every morning he called around 8am to let me know that they were on the way. They arrived early and stayed full days until the work was completed. This included extensive patchwork of sheetrock and painting the entire interior of a 1,000 sq ft guest house. His quote included cost of all supplies and he provided everything, including paint swatches. He also made repairs on my deck, replacing boards that were rotting or becoming unstable. This required more than we originally realized and Gary did a great job of explaining and updating me about the need for price adjustments to accommodate costs of materials and labor. They also put new caulk around a bathtub/shower, adjusted shutters and doors so they would not stick, and repaired a leaky roof. Clean up after each completed job was impressive and greatly appreciated. All of the work was done professionally and efficiently by three of the nicest guys ever. I am beyond pleased with my experience with Gary and his crew and will be hiring them again in the future for more house repairs.

They were great, very thorough, punctual, and cost-effective. We plan to use them again for some interior work soon.
